前記複数の射出成形機の外部に設置され、前記複数の射出成形機に電力を供給する配電装置と、を備え、
前記配電装置は、前記複数の射出成形機の回生電力が充電される蓄電部を有する、射出成形機システムを提供するものである。
個々の射出成形機の外部に設置される配電装置から供給される電力に基づいて、モータに電力を供給する給電部を備える射出成形機であって、
前記給電部は、前記モータの回生電力を前記配電装置の蓄電部に供給する、射出成形機を提供するものである。
複数の射出成形機の外部に設置され、前記複数の射出成形機の電力を供給する配電装置であって、
前記複数の射出成形機の回生電力が充電される蓄電部を備える、配電装置を提供するものである。

Claims (11)
- 複数の射出成形機と、
前記複数の射出成形機の外部に設置され、前記複数の射出成形機に電力を供給する配電装置と、を備え、
前記配電装置は、前記複数の射出成形機の回生電力が充電される蓄電部を有する、射出成形機システム。 - 前記配電装置は、前記蓄電部に充電された回生電力及び/又は外部から供給される正弦波電力を矩形波電力に変換し、
前記複数の射出成形機は、前記配電装置から供給される矩形波電力に基づいて、前記回生電力の発生源であるモータを駆動する、請求項1に記載の射出成形機システム。 - 前記複数の射出成形機は、前記回生電力の発生源であるモータによって得られる回生電力を矩形波電力に変換し、
前記配電装置は、前記複数の射出成形機から供給される矩形波電力を直流電力に変換して前記蓄電部に充電する、請求項1又は2に記載の射出成形機システム。 - 前記配電装置は、
前記正弦波電力を、前記蓄電部に充電可能な直流電力に変換する第1の変換部と、
前記第1の変換部によって得られる直流電力を、前記複数の射出成形機に供給する矩形波電力に変換する第2の変換部とを有する、請求項2に記載の射出成形機システム。 - 前記複数の射出成形機は、
前記配電装置から供給される矩形波電力を、直流電力に変換する第3の変換部と、
前記第3の変換部によって得られる直流電力を、前記モータを駆動可能な交流電力に変換する第4の変換部とを有する、請求項2から4の何れか一項に記載の射出成形機システム。 - 個々の射出成形機の外部に設置される配電装置から供給される電力に基づいて、モータに電力を供給する給電部を備える射出成形機であって、
前記給電部は、前記モータの回生電力を前記配電装置の蓄電部に供給する、射出成形機。 - 前記給電部は、前記配電装置から供給される矩形波電力を、前記モータを駆動可能な交流電力に変換する、請求項6に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記給電部は、前記モータの回生電力を矩形波電力に変換して前記配電装置の蓄電部に供給する、請求項6又は7に記載の射出成形機。
- 複数の射出成形機の外部に設置され、前記複数の射出成形機の電力を供給する配電装置であって、
前記複数の射出成形機の回生電力が充電される蓄電部を備える、配電装置。 - 前記回生電力は、前記複数の射出成形機で矩形波電力に変換され、
前記矩形波電力を直流電力に変換して前記蓄電部に充電される、請求項9に記載の配電装置。 - 前記蓄電部に充電された回生電力及び/又は外部から供給される正弦波電力を矩形波電力に変換し、変換した矩形波電力を前記複数の射出成形機に供給する、請求項9又は10に記載の配電装置。
