Claims (5)
- 円筒状回転体および円筒状固定体を有し、前記固定体の外周面に前記回転体がはめ合わされ、前記回転体の外周面に多数の小孔が形成され、前記固定体の外周面にスロットが形成され、前記固定体内に流路が形成され、前記小孔は前記回転体の半径方向にのび、前記回転体を貫通し、前記スロットは前記固定体の長さ方向にのび、前記流路は前記スロットに連通し、ポンプが前記流路に接続され、前記ポンプによってピックル液が加圧され、前記ピックル液が前記流路およびスロットに送られ、前記小孔から噴出するようにしたピックル液噴出ローラと、
前記噴出ローラに平行であり、前記スロットの位置において、前記噴出ローラに対向する対向ローラと、
原料肉を送り、前記原料肉を前記対向ローラと噴出ローラ間に導く原料肉送り機構とからなり、
前記原料肉を前記対向ローラと噴出ローラ間に挟み、前記回転体を前記固定体のまわりに回転させ、前記対向ローラをその軸心のまわりに回転させ、前記原料肉に前記ピックル液を注入するようにしたことを特徴とするピックル液インジェクタ。 - 前記送り機構に傾斜シュートが使用され、前記シュートに開口みぞが形成され、前記開口みぞの位置において、前記対向ローラが前記噴出ローラに対向し、前記対向ローラ、噴出ローラおよび開口みぞは前記シュートの幅方向にのび、前記シュートは前記対向ローラと噴出ローラ間に向かってのび、前記原料肉が前記シュートに沿ってすべり、送られ、前記対向ローラと噴出ローラ間に導かれるようにした請求項1に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記開口みぞの上側に前記対向ローラが配置され、下側に前記噴出ローラが配置されている請求項2に記載のインジェクタ。
- 駆動モータが前記回転体に連結され、前記駆動モータによって前記回転体が回転するようにした請求項1に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記対向ローラは前記噴出ローラと同様の構成である請求項1に記載のインジェクタ。
