Description
R3=H、CH3、C2H5、
b=1または2、
c=1、2、3または4、
R4=エポキシ基を有するC3〜C8アルキル、
環=フェニル、ビフェニル、ナフチル]
で示されるエポキシ化合物である。
R1=H、C1〜C6アルキル、
a=1、2または3、
R2=−O−CH2−CHOH−CH2−NH−CH2−フェニル−CH2−NH2、
好ましくはa=2または3、およびR1=H]
で示される化合物である。
これらの化合物を製造することができる。芳香核を有する適当なジエポキシドまたはトリエポキシドは、特にピロカテコール、レゾルシノール、ヒドロキノン、ピロガロール、フロログルシノール、2,4−ヒドロキシトルエン、任意に同様に1,3−または1,5−または1,6−ナフトールの反応生成物である。これらを、例えばエピクロロヒドリンまたは類似化合物と反応させ、ジ−またはトリエポキシ置換化合物を得ることができる。さらなる反応のための芳香族ジアミンとして、キシリレンジアミン(XDA)、特にmXDAがアミン成分として適当である。
成分A:テトラグリシジル−m−キシリレンジアミン、エポキシ等量、約102g/molエポキシド。
実施例1と同様に、結合剤系を製造する。成分B中に含有される0.5%DBTLは、触媒として、これに添加される。
Henkel社より市販されている普通のポリウレタン貼合せ用接着剤(商品名:UR 7782とUR 6083)を混合する。

Claims (14)
- 250〜5000g/molの分子量を有し1分子あたりに少なくとも2個のエポキシ基を有する、式(II):
R 3 =H、CH 3 、C 2 H 5 、
b=1または2、
c=1、2、3または4であり、ここでbおよびcの少なくとも1つは1ではなく、
R 4 =エポキシ基を有するC 3 〜C 8 アルキル、
環=フェニル、ビフェニル、ナフチル]
で示される化合物を含有する成分A、および式(I):
R1=H、C1〜C6アルキル、
a=1、2または3、
R2=−O−CH2−CHOH−CH2−NH−CH2−フェニル−CH2−NH2]
で示される化合物を含有する成分Bからなる2成分組成物であって、
成分Aのエポキシ基:成分BのNH基のモル比は、0.75:1〜1.25:1であり、
成分Bが、芳香環および2または3個のグリシジルエーテル置換基を含有する芳香族エポキシドとm−キシリレンジアミンとの0.5:4〜1.6:4のエポキシ基:NH基の割合を有する反応生成物として製造される、2成分組成物。 - 式(II)がフェニル環を含み、式中、R3=H、R4=末端エポキシ基を有するC3〜C5アルキル、b=2およびc=2または3である、請求項1に記載の2成分組成物。
- 成分Bが、m−キシリレンジアミンを50重量%以下の量でさらに含有する、請求項1または2に記載の2成分組成物。
- 成分Bが、芳香環および2または3個のグリシジルエーテル置換基を含有する芳香族エポキシドとm−キシリレンジアミンとの0.9〜1.1:4のエポキシ基:NH基の割合を有する反応生成物として製造される、請求項1に記載の2成分組成物。
- 成分Aが、キシリレンジアミンに基づくエポキシ化合物であり、成分Bが、キシリレンジアミンとエポキシ基を含有するレゾルシノール、ピロガロール、フロログルシノール、またはヒドロキシヒドロキノンとの反応生成物であるポリアミンを少なくとも50%含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の2成分組成物。
- 触媒、溶媒、水、可塑剤、接着促進剤、樹脂、中和剤、乳化剤、安定剤および/または顔料をさらに含有する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の2成分組成物。
- 組成物が、溶媒としてC1〜C4アルコールまたは水を含有する、または有機溶媒を含まない、請求項6に記載の2成分組成物。
- 接着促進剤として、1、2、3、または4個の加水分解性基を有するシランを、0.1〜5重量%含有する、請求項6に記載の2成分組成物。
- 接着促進剤として、アミノシランおよび/またはエポキシシランを0.1〜5重量%含有する、請求項8に記載の2成分組成物。
- 成分を混合した直後の粘度が、EN ISO 2555に従い、20〜90℃で測定して、200mPas〜5000mPasである、請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載の2成分組成物。
- フィルムおよび紙を貼り合せるための接着剤としての請求項6〜10のいずれかに記載の2成分組成物の使用。
- 軟質フィルム用のコーティング剤としての、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の2成分組成物の使用。
- バリヤー特性を有するコーティングとしての、請求項11または12に記載の使用。
- 食品包装用のコーティングとしての、請求項11または12に記載の使用。
