Description
Claims (13)
- 頭尾軸を有する動物を撮像する装置であって、
その長手方向に対しその動物の頭尾軸が交差するよう動物を載せうる可撓性の長尺の支持部材と、
目的とする動物が収まるサイズになるよう上記支持部材を、底部を有する上開きのU字ループに変形させる変形手段と、
上記U字ループを保ちながら上記支持部材をその長手方向に沿い動かすことで、上記U字ループの底部における動物に捻りを加えて頭尾軸回り回転させる駆動手段と、
様々な頭尾軸回り回転角にてその動物を撮像する撮像手段と、
を備える装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、上記変形手段が、
横方向に間隔をおき平行配置されており、その間に上記支持部材の長手方向沿い区間が挟まるよう当該支持部材が装着されている一対のドライブシャフトと、
それらドライブシャフトで挟まれている区間に上記U字ループが生じるよう上記支持部材を案内する案内手段と、
を有する装置。 - 請求項2に記載の装置であって、上記案内手段が、上記支持部材の第1長辺側にあるガイドと、当該支持部材の第2長辺側にあるガイドと、を併せ、上記U字ループを発生させるためのガイドを一対有する装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置であって、上記支持部材並びにそれに対応する上記変形手段および上記駆動手段を複数組備え、それらを使用し複数体の動物を撮像する装置。
- 頭尾軸を有する動物を撮像する方法であって、
複数の長辺を有する可撓性の長尺の支持部材を準備するステップと、
目的とする動物が収まるサイズになるよう上記支持部材を、底部を有する上開きのU字ループに変形させるステップと、
上記支持部材の長手方向に対しその動物の頭尾軸が交差することとなるよう上記U字ループに動物を搬入するステップと、
上記U字ループを保ちながら上記支持部材をその長手方向に沿い順次動かすことで、上記U字ループの底部における動物に捻りを加えて様々な向きに頭尾軸回り回転させるステップと、
様々な頭尾軸回り回転角にてその動物を撮像するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 請求項5に記載の方法であって、その撮像により、頭尾軸回り回転角毎に動物のX線像、放射性同位体像及び光学像を得る方法。
- 頭尾軸を有する動物を撮像する装置であって、
その長手方向に対しその動物の頭尾軸が交差するよう動物を載せうる長尺の可撓性を有する膜と、
目的とする動物が収まるサイズになるよう上記可撓性を有する膜を底部を有する上開きのU字ループに変形させる変形機構と、
上記U字ループを保ちながら上記可撓性を有する膜をその長手方向に沿い動かすことで、上記U字ループの底部における動物に捻りを加えて頭尾軸回り回転させる駆動機構と、
様々な頭尾軸回り回転角にてその動物を撮像する撮像システムと、
を備える装置。 - 請求項7に記載の装置であって、上記変形機構が、
横方向に間隔をおき平行配置されており、その間に上記可撓性を有する膜の長手方向沿い区間が挟まるよう当該可撓性を有する膜が装着されている一対のドライブシャフトと、
それらドライブシャフトで挟まれている区間に上記U字ループが生じるよう上記可撓性を有する膜を案内する案内システムと、
を有する装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置であって、上記案内システムが、上記可撓性を有する膜の第1長辺側にあるガイドと、当該可撓性を有する膜の第2長辺側にあるガイドと、を併せ、上記U字ループを発生させるためのガイドを一対有する装置。
- 請求項9に記載の装置であって、個々のガイドに中空部があり、一方のガイドの中空部の上辺に上記動物の尾部が通る開口があり、更に、他方のガイドの中空部の内側を通り上記動物の頭部まで延びる前部伸縮配管部を備える装置。
- 請求項10に記載の装置であって、上記前部伸縮配管部内に麻酔剤を導入してその動物に麻酔をかける配送システムを備える装置。
- 請求項8に記載の装置であって、上記撮像システムに光または輻射を届けるための窓が設けられたベースプレートと、そのベースプレート上にあり上記ドライブシャフトの支持に使用される装着ハブと、を備える装置。
- 請求項12に記載の装置であって、上記撮像システムが、上記U字ループの上方に位置するX線源と、当該U字ループ内の上記動物を透過した輻射を受け取れるよう上記窓の下方に移動させることが可能な蛍光体スクリーンと、を備える装置。
