Claims (18)
- キャッププレート及び電極組立体を具備したベアセルと、
前記キャッププレートの一面に配されかつ前記ベアセルに電気的に接続固定するタップを有する保護回路モジュールと、
前記保護回路モジュール上に配されるカバーと、
前記カバー及び前記保護回路モジュールと結合され、前記カバー及び前記保護回路モジュールを、前記キャッププレートに固定する、ネジ山が形成された少なくとも1つのコネクタと、からなるバッテリ・パックであり、
前記少なくとも1つのコネクタは、前記ベアセルのキャッププレートと前記保護回路モジュールのタップ間の電気的抵抗の増大を防止するために、化学研磨された前記ネジ山を具備し、前記研磨されたネジ山は、前記キャッププレートと結合され、前記少なくとも1つのコネクタを、前記キャッププレートに固定するバッテリ・パック。 - 前記少なくとも1つのタップは、前記ネジ山が形成された少なくとも1つのコネクタの本体部を受容する結合ホールが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ・パック。
- 前記ネジ山が形成された少なくとも1つのコネクタは、第1コネクタ及び第2コネクタを具備し、前記少なくとも1つのタップは、前記第1コネクタ及び前記第2コネクタをそれぞれ受容する第1タップ及び第2タップを具備することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリ・パック。
- 前記ネジ山が形成された少なくとも1つのコネクタは、第1コネクタ及び第2コネクタを具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ・パック。
- 前記第1コネクタ及び前記第2コネクタは、頭部及び前記ネジ山が形成された本体部を具備するスクリューを具備し、前記本体部は、前記キャッププレートに形成された受容溝の内周面に結合され、前記第1コネクタ及び前記第2コネクタを、前記キャッププレートに固定することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリ・パック。
- 前記キャッププレートは、前記ネジ山が形成された少なくとも1つのコネクタを受容する受容溝を含み、前記コネクタの端部は、前記受容溝の底と離れており、前記コネクタの端部と前記キャッププレートとの間の空間を画定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ・パック。

前記少なくとも1つのコネクタのネジ山のサイズを調節して、前記ベアセルのキャッププレートと前記保護回路モジュールのタップ間の電気的抵抗の増大を防止するために、前記少なくとも1つのコネクタの前記ネジ山を化学研磨する段階と、を含むバッテリ・パックの製造方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのコネクタを化学的に研磨する段階は、
苛性ソーダ、界面活性剤及び水を利用した脱脂段階と、
該脱脂段階の後、塩酸、スケール除去剤及び水を利用した酸処理段階と、
該酸処理段階の後、フッ化アンモニウム、過酸化水素及び水を含む研磨液を利用した前記ネジ山が形成された少なくとも1つのコネクタを研磨する段階と、
該研磨段階の後、界面活性剤及び第三リン酸ソーダを利用し、前記酸処理を中和する段階と、を含むことを特徴とする特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリ・パックの製造方法。 - 前記ネジ山が形成された少なくとも1つのコネクタをメッキする段階を、さらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリ・パックの製造方法。
- 前記ネジ山が形成された少なくとも1つのコネクタを研磨する段階は、前記ネジ山が形成された少なくとも1つのコネクタのサイズ及び表面粗さを調節するために、前記研磨液の温度を調節する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリ・パックの製造方法。
- 前記ネジ山が形成された少なくとも1つのコネクタを研磨する段階は、前記研磨液と、
前記ネジ山が形成された少なくとも1つのコネクタが反応する反応時間とを調節する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のバッテリ・パックの製造方法。 - 前記研磨液の温度は、30℃ないし50℃であり、前記反応時間は、10sないし15sであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のバッテリ・パックの製造方法。
- 前記ネジ山が形成された少なくとも1つのコネクタを研磨する段階における前記少なくとも1つのコネクタは、外径が1.22mmないし1.27mmであり、内径(ID)が0.88mmないし0.93mmであることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のバッテリ・パックの製造方法。
