Claims (15)
- 電流が充放電されるベアセルと、
前記ベアセルと電気的に接続されて前記ベアセルを過充放電から保護する保護回路基板と、
前記ベアセルと外部の電流伝達通路となるコネクタと、
前記保護回路基板を覆うように前記ベアセルに設けられたカバーフレームと、
前記コネクタが設けられ、前記カバーフレームの外部に露出するコネクタハウジングと、を含み、
前記コネクタハウジングは、他の部品と分離した状態で組み立てられ、
前記コネクタハウジングと前記カバーフレームとは、フックタイプで係合されたことを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記コネクタは、外部端子と接続された外部接点部と、前記保護回路基板の接続端子に実装された基板実装部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記コネクタハウジングは、前記保護回路基板に先に嵌合され、前記カバーフレームと後で係合されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記コネクタハウジングにはフック孔が形成され、前記カバーフレームには固定フックが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記コネクタハウジングのフック孔は、前記固定フックをガイドする構造であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記固定フックは、前記コネクタハウジングの両側をロックして固定する構造であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記カバーフレームは、前記コネクタハウジングが設けられたハウジング設置孔が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ハウジング設置孔の縁部に少なくとも1つ以上の固定フックが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記コネクタハウジングは、前記カバーフレームと異なる材質で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記コネクタハウジングは、前記カバーフレームに比べて耐熱性に優れた熱硬化性樹脂材質で形成されたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記コネクタは、前記保護回路基板に電気回路的に接続されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記コネクタは、前記保護回路基板の接続端子にクリーム半田が塗布され、リフロー半田付けされたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ベアセルは、外面を覆うラベルをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ベアセルは角形タイプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ベアセルは単一セルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
