Description
Claims (17)
- 個々人に装着可能なEEGモニタであって,
信号処理手段および電源を有するベース部,
人のEEG信号を計測する少なくとも2つのEEG電極,上記EEG信号をデジタル信号に変換する手段,キャパシタ,および上記人に音信号を提供するレシーバを備える電極部,ならびに
上記ベース部と上記電極部の間でデータを転送し,かつ上記ベース部から上記電極部に電力を供給するデータバスであって,2本の電気ワイヤを適用するように構成されているデータバスを備え,
上記データバスの少なくとも2つの異なる状態が異なる時間区分において用いられ,第1の状態が電力の転送に用いられ,第2の状態が上記電極部と上記ベース部の間の信号の送信に用いられ,
上記キャパシタが,電力の転送のための上記第1の状態中に充電され,かつ上記データバスを通して電力が転送されない期間に電力を供給するものであり,
上記レシーバが,信号が上記データバス上を送信されるときにはなんらの電力を引き出さず,電力が転送されるときにだけ電力を引き出すように接続されている,
EEGモニタ。 - 上記第2の状態が上記電極部から上記ベース部への信号の送信に用いられる,
請求項1に記載のEEGモニタ。 - 上記データバスの少なくとも3つの異なる状態が異なる時間区分において用いられ,第1の状態が電力の転送に用いられ,第2の状態が上記ベース部から上記電極部への信号の送信に用いられ,第3の状態が上記電極部から上記ベース部の信号の送信に用いられる,
請求項1に記載のEEGモニタ。 - 上記電極部が外耳道内に配置されるように構成されている,請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記データバスの上記第3の状態に続く第4の状態がさらに用いられ,立ち上がりエッジを用いて上記第1の状態をスタートするために,上記第4の状態の時間区分において上記データバスがlowにセットされる,請求項3に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記電力の転送のための上記第1の状態が,上記データバス上の時間の少なくとも50%,好ましくは少なくとも70%を占める,請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記電極部が上記EEG電極に接続された集積回路を備え,上記集積回路が上記データバスに接続されている,請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記集積回路が上記集積回路の電源のための電圧レギュレータを備えている,請求項7に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記電極部がトランスデューサを備え,上記集積回路が上記トランスデューサからのアナログ信号をデジタル信号に変換するアナログ/デジタル変換器を備えている,
請求項7または8に記載のEEGモニタ。 - 上記アナログ/デジタル変換器がシグマ−デルタ変換器である,請求項9に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記ベース部内または上記電極部内のいずれかにクロック周波数発生器が配置されており,上記クロック周波数発生器を持たない上記EEGモニタの部分にクロック周波数再生器が設けられている,請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記クロック周波数再生器が上記クロック周波数発生器のクロック周波数に同期される,請求項11に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記クロック周波数発生器が上記EEGモニタの上記ベース部内に配置されている,請求項11または12に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記同期がフェーズロックトループによって実行される,請求項12に記載のEEGモニタ。
- 上記電極部が外耳道内に配置されるように構成されており,上記EEGモニタを補聴器としても機能させるために,上記EEGモニタが音増幅手段および少なくとも一つのマイクロフォンを備えている,
請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のEEGモニタ。 - EEGモニタの2つの部分の間の通信方法であって,
信号処理手段および電源を備えるベース部を,ユーザの外耳道の外側に配置し,
上記ユーザのEEG信号を計測するEEG電極(複数),上記EEG信号をデジタル信号に変換する手段,キャパシタ,および上記ユーザに音信号を提供するレシーバを備える電極部を,モニタされる人物の外耳道内に配置し,
上記ベース部と上記電極部の間でデータを送信し,かつ上記ベース部から上記電極部に電力を供給するように構成される2本の電気ワイヤを備えるデータバスを介して,上記電極部を上記ベース部に接続し,
異なる時間区分において経時的に上記データバスの少なくとも2つの異なる状態を適用し,第1の状態を電力の転送に用い,第2の状態を上記電極部と上記ベース部との間の信号の送信に用い,
上記キャパシタを,電力の転送のための上記第1の状態中に充電され,かつ上記データバスを通して電力が転送されない期間に電力を供給するように制御し,
上記レシーバを,信号が上記データバス上を送信されるときにはなんらの電力を引き出さず,電力が転送されるときにだけ電力を引き出すように制御する,
