Description

・加工温度、
・可塑剤の使用、
・高温における揮発性および/または
・乾式混合および配合時間ならびにエネルギー消費量
の低減および/または
・硬度、
・低温におけるゲル化、
・低温における可撓性、
・清澄度/透明度および/または
・充填剤負荷容量
の増加を含む有用な特性を示す改良された可塑化ポリマー組成物を提供する。
ドイツ工業規格(DIN)法53,505を使用して、二種のPVCベース処方系の硬度を測定した。四種の組成物をN‐ドデシル‐2‐ピロリドン(Flexidone(登録商標)300)と、より少量のオクタデカジエン酸およびオクタデカトリエン酸のメチルエステル異性体を有する増量のオクタデセン酸のメチルエステル(Adurin(登録商標)PVE、以下実施例において「例1の脂肪酸エステル」と称する)とで可塑化する一方、四種の組成物をC16〜C18の直鎖N‐アルキル‐2‐ピロリドン(Flexidone(登録商標)500)と、同量の脂肪酸エステルとで可塑化した。総可塑剤含有量は60phrであった。
DIN法53,504を使用して、例1と同じ組成物(ただし未検査)を対象に引張強度を測定した。
例2に記載した引張強度の測定と並行して破断点伸びを測定した。
二種の処方PVC組成物につき低温折り曲げ試験を実施した。第一のものは、例1の脂肪酸エステルの有無でのPVCおよびN‐ドデシル‐2‐ピロリドンを含有するものとし、第二のものは、同じ脂肪酸エステルの有無でのPVCおよびC16〜C18の直鎖N‐アルキル‐2‐ピロリドンを含有するものとした。それぞれN‐アルキルピロリドンの脂肪酸エステルに対する質量比が等しい二種の総可塑剤量、すなわち40phrおよび60phrにつき評価を行った。
下記の三種のプラスチゾル処方系につき、複素粘度を温度の関数として測定した。
・60phrのDINPを含むPVC、
・50phrの(N‐ドデシル‐2‐ピロリドン+例1の脂肪酸エステル)を(1:3、1:1および3:1の比で)含むPVC、および
・50phrの(C16〜C18のN‐アルキル‐2‐ピロリドン+同じ脂肪酸エステル)を(1:3、1:1および3:1の比で)含むPVC
・N‐ドデシル‐2‐ピロリドン+例1の脂肪酸エステル=50:50〜30:70
・C16〜C18のN‐アルキル‐2‐ピロリドン+同じ脂肪酸エステル=70:30〜40:60
Claims (15)
- (a)N‐アルキル‐2‐ピロリドンと、(b)脂肪酸エステルと、ポリ塩化ビニルとを含み、
カレンダーシート、プラスチゾル、フォーム、分散体、コーティング、フィルム、箔、チューブ、膜、床張り材、ガスケット、塗料、接着剤、織物、織物助剤または生地の形態である、可塑化ポリマー組成物。 - 前記N‐アルキル‐2‐ピロリドンが、C4〜C30の直鎖N‐アルキル‐2‐ピロリドン、C4〜C30のN分岐アルキル‐2‐ピロリドンまたはC4〜C30のN‐シクロアルキル‐2‐ピロリドンである請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記N‐アルキル‐2‐ピロリドンが1phr〜400phrの量で存在する請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸エステルが脂肪酸のアルキルエステルである請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸エステルが、C8〜C22の脂肪酸のC1〜C10の直鎖アルキルエステル、C1〜C10の分岐アルキルエステル、C1〜C10の環状アルキルエステル、C1〜C10の非環状アルキルエステル、C1〜C10の飽和アルキルエステルまたはC1〜C10の不飽和アルキルエステルである請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸エステルが、オクタデカン酸のメチルエステル、オクタデカジエン酸のメチルエステルまたはオクタデカトリエン酸のメチルエステルを含む請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸エステルが、オクタデカン酸のメチルエステル、オクタデカジエン酸のメチルエステルおよびオクタデカトリエン酸のメチルエステルを含む請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 前記N‐アルキル‐2‐ピロリドンの脂肪酸エステルに対する質量比が100:1〜20:80である請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記N‐アルキル‐2‐ピロリドンが20phr〜30phrの量で存在する請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸エステルが1phr〜100phrの量で存在する請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 62ポイント以上のショアA硬度を有する請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 8MPa以上の引張強度を有する請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 200%以上の破断点伸びを有する請求項1に記載の組成物。
- −60℃未満の低温亀裂温度を有する請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 第二の可塑剤、安定化剤、潤滑剤、難燃剤、顔料または他の配合成分の一つ以上を更に含む請求項1に記載の組成物。
