定義

Claims (21)
- 生物から抽出される生体液の特性を連続的に監視するためのシステムであって、
前記生物の生物膜の表面にまたはその周りに配置するのに適し、前記生体液が組織および前記生体液の流路に形成される1つまたはそれ以上の人工的開口から流れ出るとき前記生体液の特性を連続的に感知するために前記流路に配置されるセンサを備える組織界面装置と、
連続的に前記生体液の特性の測定値を導出するためにセンサを読み取る、前記組織界面装置に結合される監視および制御ユニットと、
を備え、
前記組織界面装置は、生物膜に1つまたはそれ以上の人工的開口を形成するための1つまたはそれ以上のエレメントを備え、かつ、前記組織界面装置は、組織界面層を備え、前記1つまたはそれ以上の人工的開口を形成するための前記エレメントが、組織表面を熱剥離してこれに前記1つまたはそれ以上の人工的開口を形成するために前記組織界面層に露出する1つまたはそれ以上の電気加熱可能なワイヤ・エレメントを備え、前記監視および制御ユニットが前記電気加熱可能なワイヤ・エレメントに通電するために信号を発するものである、
前記システム。 - 生物から抽出される生体液の特性を連続的に監視するためのシステムであって、
前記生物の生物膜の表面にまたはその周りに配置するのに適し、前記生体液が組織および前記生体液の流路に形成される1つまたはそれ以上の人工的開口から流れ出るとき前記生体液の特性を連続的に感知するために前記流路に配置されるセンサを備える組織界面装置と、
連続的に前記生体液の特性の測定値を導出するためにセンサを読み取る、前記組織界面装置に結合される監視および制御ユニットと、
を備え、
前記組織界面装置は、その表面に配置される光学的吸収材料の層を持つ組織界面層を備え、前記光学的吸収材料がこれに焦点が当てられる光エネルギーのビームに反応して加熱し、前記生物膜の表面を熱剥離してこれに前記1つまたはそれ以上の人工的開口を形成するものである、
前記システム。 - 該システムにおいて、前記センサが分析物センサを備える請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 該システムにおいて、前記監視および制御ユニットがセンサから読み取りが行われるときを制御するコントローラを備える請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記センサを前記監視および制御ユニットに結合する電気リード線を備え、該システムにおいて、前記組織界面装置の前記センサが前記生体液の特性を表す電気センサ信号を発し、前記電気リード線が前記電気センサ信号を前記監視および制御ユニットに結合する請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 該システムにおいて、前記センサが前記生体液の特性に反応してその光学的特性を変える請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 該システムにおいて、前記監視および制御ユニットが前記センサを光学的に読み取るための手段を備える請求項6に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記光学的に読み取るための手段と前記センサの間に結合される少なくとも1つの光ファイバーを備える請求項7に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記センサを前記監視および制御ユニットに結合する電気リード線を備え、該システムにおいて、前記組織界面装置が前記センサを光学的に読み取るための手段を備え、それを表す電気センサ信号を発し、前記電気リード線が前記電気センサ信号を前記監視および制御ユニットに結合する請求項6に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記監視および制御ユニットを前記組織界面装置に接続するコネクタを備え、該システムにおいて、前記コネクタがその長さ全体に伸びるチューブを含み、前記監視および制御ユニットが、前記チューブに結合される吸引源を備えて、前記体液収集およびセンサ装置を通じて前記1つまたはそれ以上の人工的開口から生体液を引き出すように前記組織界面装置に吸引力を与える請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 該システムにおいて、前記監視および制御ユニットが吸引のレベルを制御するコントローラを備える請求項10に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記組織界面装置に与えられる吸引力を測定するための圧力センサを備え、前記圧力センサが前記吸引力をあらわす圧力信号を出力として発し、該システムにおいて、前記監視および制御ユニットが前記圧力信号を読み取る請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 該システムにおいて、前記コントローラが前記センサから得られるデータを記憶される値と比較して、記憶される値から逸脱すると判定する場合にはアラーム信号を発する請求項4に記載のシステム。
- さらに、聴覚および(または)視覚的アラームを発するために前記アラーム信号に反応するアラーム装置を備える請求項13に記載のシステム。
- さらに光エネルギーのビームを発生する光エネルギー源を備える請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 該システムにおいて、前記光エネルギー源が前記監視および制御ユニット内に収められ、該システムがさらに光エネルギーのビームを前記組織界面装置上の前記光学的吸収物質に結合する光ファイバーを備える請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 該システムにおいて、前記組織界面装置が連続的に生体液を収集しある期間その特性を感知するために前記期間前記生物膜の表面に付着される請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記組織界面装置と前記監視および制御ユニットの間で信号を通信するためにこの間で接続される1つまたはそれ以上の導電体を備える請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 該システムにおいて、前記監視および制御ユニットが身体に着用可能または付着可能なハウジングに収められる請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 該システムにおいて、前記監視および制御ユニットがプログラム可能な周期で前記センサから得られるデータを記憶するために前記コントローラに結合されるメモリを備える請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 該システムにおいて、前記監視および制御ユニットが測定データを表示する前記コントローラに結合されるディスプレイを備える請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
