Description
Claims (10)
- リムを備えたホイールとタイヤの両方から成る車両用組立てユニットのためのパージ装置において、前記パージ装置は、前記組立てユニットのインフレーション管に連結された本体であって、この本体がキャビティを備え、このキャビティが前記組立てユニットのインフレーション圧力を受けるよう設計された前記本体と、前記本体のキャビティ内で動くことができるピストンとを有し、前記ピストンは、前記ピストンに固定された開閉要素を閉鎖位置と前記本体のパージ位置との間で作動させ、前記開閉要素は、常態では閉じられており、前記開閉要素及びピストンは各々、前記閉鎖位置において前記本体のキャビティ内のインフレーション空気にさらされるよう設計された作用面を有し、前記開閉要素は、前記ピストンに加わる作動力の作用によって開かれる、パージ装置。
- 前記作動力は、前記閉鎖位置において前記インフレーション空気と接触関係をなすようには設計されていない前記ピストンの表面に差し向けられた圧縮空気によって提供される、請求項1記載のパージ装置。
- 前記パージ装置は、そのパージ位置において、少なくとも1つの放出オリフィスを有する、請求項1又は2記載のパージ装置。
- 前記放出オリフィスは、10mm未満の少なくとも1つの特徴的寸法を有する、請求項3記載のパージ装置。
- 前記パージ装置は、前記タイヤ圧力がしきい値圧力を超えるやいなや前記ピストンを前記パージ位置に動かす制御システムを有する、請求項1記載のパージ装置。
- 前記パージ装置は、前記開閉要素を常態で閉鎖位置を保持する圧縮性手段を有し、前記パージ装置は、受動型制御システムを有し、前記タイヤ圧力が前記圧縮性手段により定められる圧力に達するまで前記開閉要素が解放状態に保たれる、請求項5記載のパージ装置。
- 前記受動型制御システムは、前記インフレーション空気にさらされるよう設計された前記ピストン作用面の断面積が前記インフレーション空気にさらされるよう設計された前記開閉要素作用面の断面積よりも小さいということにより提供される、請求項6記載のパージ装置。
- 前記パージ装置は、能動型制御システムを有し、前記タイヤインフレーション圧力は、オペレータ指令によって前記開閉要素を開放状態に保つ、請求項8記載のパージ装置。
- ダンプ型車両用組立てユニットのための請求項1記載のパージ装置。
- リムを備えたホイールとタイヤの両方から成る車両用組立てユニットをパージ装置によりデフレートさせる方法であって、前記パージ装置は、前記組立てユニットのインフレーション管に連結された本体であって、この本体がキャビティを備え、このキャビティが前記組立てユニットのインフレーション圧力を受けるよう設計された前記本体と、前記本体のキャビティ内で動くことができるピストンとを有し、前記ピストンは、前記ピストンに固定された開閉要素を閉鎖位置と前記本体のパージ位置との間で作動させ、前記開閉要素は、常態では閉じられており、前記開閉要素及びピストンは各々、前記閉鎖位置において前記本体のキャビティ内のインフレーション空気にさらされるよう設計された作用面を有し、前記開閉要素は、前記ピストンに加わる作動力の作用によって開かれる、方法。
