Description
図1は、冒頭に記載したドレナージ吸引装置で使用されるドレナージチューブユニットを示す。このユニットは、主に、2以上のチューブ10,11を有するチューブシステム1、ポンプ側連結部2、及び、好ましくは患者側連結部3(必ずしも必要ではない)で構成される。しかしながら、本発明によると、個別のシングルルーメンドレナージチューブを使用することもできる。

Claims (9)
- 吸引ポンプを用いて体液を吸引するためのドレナージポンプユニットであって、該ドレナージポンプユニットが、前記吸引ポンプを収容するためのポンプ筐体(4)を有するドレナージポンプ装置、及び前記ポンプ筐体(4)に取り外し可能に固定できる流体収集容器(5)を含むドレナージポンプユニットにおいて、
前記ポンプ筐体(4)は、前記流体収集容器の方に向いている前記ポンプ筐体(4)の壁に位置している凹所を有し、
前記ドレナージポンプユニットは、前記ポンプ筐体(4)の前記凹所に取り外し可能に保持されたポンプ側連結部(2)を含み、
前記ポンプ側連結部(2)は、患者側のドレナージチューブ(10)に接続するための開口部、前記流体収集容器(5)に接続する役割を果たすコネクタ部(20)、及び、前記連結部(2)内で延びるドレナージ路(24)を有し、
前記ドレナージ路(24)は、前記開口部と前記コネクタ部(20)とを互いに接続し、
前記流体収集容器(5)は、前記ポンプ筐体(4)に取り外し可能に固定され、
前記ポンプ筐体(4)には、ノズル形状の吸引コネクタ(47)が前記流体収集容器(5)に面して設けられ、
前記流体収集容器(5)は、前記吸引コネクタ(47)が係合する開口部を備え、前記吸引ポンプを用いて前記流体収集容器(5)内に負圧を発生することができる
ことを特徴とするドレナージポンプユニット。 - 前記連結部(2)は、前記凹所に差し込むことができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドレナージポンプユニット。
- 前記凹所は、前記壁の縁まで延び、その結果、コーナー部分を形成し、前記縁が好ましくは上縁であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドレナージポンプユニット。
- 前記連結部(2)は、前記ポンプ筐体(4)の凹所に形状嵌めで保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のドレナージポンプユニット。
- 前記ポンプ筐体(4)の前記凹所は、実質的に立方形であり、前記連結部(2)は、実質的に立方形の本体を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のドレナージポンプユニット。
- 前記開口部及び前記コネクタ部(20)は、前記連結部(2)の2つの異なる面、特に互いに直角に位置する2つの面に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のドレナージポンプユニット。
- 前記連結部(2)は、一体的に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のドレナージポンプユニット。
- 前記連結部(2)は、供給チューブ(11)に接続するための患者側開口部、前記ポンプ筐体(4)内に配置される供給ユニットに接続するためのコネクタ部(23)、及び、前記患者側開口部及び前記コネクタ部(23)を接続し、前記連結部(2)内で延びる供給路(25)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のドレナージポンプユニット。
- 前記供給チューブ(11)に接続するための前記患者側開口部、及び、前記患者側ドレナージチューブ(10)に接続するための前記開口部は、前記連結部(2)の同じ面に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のドレナージポンプユニット。
