Description
本發明係關於用於支氣管呼吸裝置的氣管支氣管入口閥。
如吾人已知,可連接至風路的支氣管呼吸裝置包括:-一真空產生與調節設備;-一包括透明套管與導管的導管體;以及-一機械地連接至一用於連接至患者身體之連接構件的氣管支氣管入口閥。
支氣管呼吸裝置必須確保抽吸導管與環境的完全隔離以防止患者受到環境污染且反之亦然,意即防止環境受到患者污染。
在操作中,在第一抽吸階段之後,導管的末端部分通常藉由經由經提供用於此目的通道注射消毒水或生理食鹽水溶液加以沖洗。
沖洗操作對患者,尤其對嬰兒係潛在有危害的。即,操作者可能在未啟用沖洗液抽吸構件的情況下無意地注射沖洗液,在此情況下,沖洗液將直接流至患者的氣管中,因此導致明顯的傷害,其在對嬰兒進行治療的情況下尤為嚴重。
因此,本發明之一主要目標在於提供一氣管支氣管入口閥(用於支氣管呼吸裝置),其經設計以僅允許在給定的患者安全條件下沖洗導管端部。因此,防止任何可能導致沖洗液注射入患者氣管內的無意操作,即使在氣管支氣管入口閥處於開啟位置的情況下。
因此,本發明之一主要目標在於提供一氣管支氣管入口閥,其經設計以消除上述缺陷,且其在本質上為安全的。
根據本發明,提供用於支氣管呼吸裝置的氣管支氣管入口閥,如在所附申請專利範圍中所主張。
圖1中的數字10指示作為一整體之可連接至風路(未圖示)的支氣管呼吸裝置。
裝置10包括機械地連接至導管體12的真空控制閥11。
裝置10亦包括表示裝置10的創新部分(參見下文)的氣管支氣管入口閥13。
連接構件14完成裝置10。
更具體而言,連接構件14包括用於連接至患者(未圖示)的管道14a;用於連接至氣管支氣管入口閥13的管道14b;以及用於連接裝置10至風路(未圖示)的管道14c。
在以下描述中,僅詳細描述對於本發明的清楚理解必需的細節,但熟習此項技術者將瞭解本發明涵蓋在本文中並未具體詳細論述的變化。
真空控制閥11與連接構件14為已知的。因此,講述真空控制閥11包括用箭頭11b(在圖1中的閉合位置表示)標記的蓋11a就足夠了。當必需時,操作者在蓋11a上以手指加壓且使其旋轉以設定箭頭11b至真空源(未圖示)來吸出支氣管黏液。僅當箭頭11b被設定至此位置時,可吸出分泌物;在箭頭11b的任何其他位置,防止吸出。
如在圖2中詳細地展示,導管體12包括由易於變形抗撕裂塑性材料製成的透明套管15且其防止導管16受到外部環境污染並防止導管16污染外部環境。以已知的方式,導管16包括多個深度標記17以使使用者能夠監控抽吸導管16(最小5 Ch型)在氣管/氣管切開插管內的插入。
如圖2中所示,在導管體12與氣管支氣管入口閥13之間插入用於導引導管16之一配件18及用於固定透明套管15至配件18之一套筒19。
如所述,創新部分由氣管支氣管入口閥13界定,其在圖2、7及8的分解圖中詳細展示。
氣管支氣管入口閥13的所有零件由透明塑性材料製成。
參看附圖,氣管支氣管入口閥13包括一大體上為盤狀的第一構件20及一大體上為杯狀的第二構件21(圖2、7及8)。
第二構件21包括杯狀主體22,自表面22a(圖4)其突出一通管23,以使導管16通過。通管23在使用中固定至配件18(圖1)。沖洗管道24亦自表面22a突出。管道23、24有利地(但並非為必需)與主體22整體形成。
如圖1、2、7及8中所示,沖洗管25插入到管道24內部且具有一藉由一連接桿27連接至其的帽26。
如在圖7中特定地展示,主體22具有以120°間隔定位的三個減重孔28,且在其之每一者處,藉由適宜地切割主體22的邊緣22b形成個別突出部29。
三個突出部29的功能在下文中解釋。
如在圖3、4、5及6中所示,通道30整合於管道23的內壁中,始於管道23底部的點P1,且止於點P2(圖3、4)。
通道30的功能在下文中論及氣管支氣管入口閥13的操作部分中解釋。
主體22的表面22c具有定位銷31(圖2),其裝配於形成於第一構件20的中央的定位孔32內(圖5及圖6)。
邊緣22b的內表面具有銷33,其在使用中嚙合形成於第一構件20之邊緣20a上的導引管34(圖5、6、7及8),原因在下文中詳細解釋。
目前,謹說明銷33與導引管34界定一止動設備。
如在圖2、3、4、7及8中所展示,通套管35自第一構件20的表面20b突出且在使用中連接至連接構件14的管道14b。
除定位孔32與導引管34之外,第一構件20的表面20c(圖7與圖8)亦包括一大體上半圓形的管36。
表面20c亦包括用於容納彈性密封件38之多個管37。
密封件38顯然提供管36與套管35的口的液壓式密封。
即,如所見,密封件38防止沖洗液意外地自管36流向套管35的開口。
在裝配期間,第一構件20、第二構件21及密封件38(插入管37內)使用第二構件21上突出部29的可變形性被緊密"封裝"(圖7與圖8)在一起,突出部29夾緊在第一構件20的邊緣20a上。
換言之,在裝配期間,第二構件21的主體22使用自邊緣22b形成且因此由塑性材料製成的突出部29的可變形性"按"在第一構件20上。
在實際使用中,第二構件21可藉由操作者在由箭頭F1所示的方向上相對於第一構件20(且相對於定位銷31)旋轉以將氣管支氣管入口閥13自圖5所示的第一組態移動至圖6所示的第二組態。
在圖5中的第一組態中,與第二構件21為一整體的銷33被設定至第一構件20內沿導引管34的極限位置A,且管道23與套管35、管道14b、配件18及套筒19對準使得導管16可裝配通管23、套管35及管道14b至患者身體的恰當部位。
在圖5中的第一組態中,沖洗管道24止於管36內的一端。然而,由於管36在此組態中並不與管道23或通道30液壓連通,因此,即使沖洗液藉由使用者無意地經由管道24注射至管36內,密封件38亦防止沖洗液到達管道23或通道30。
為沖洗導管16的末端部分(圖2),操作者簡單地抽回導管16以將末端部分16a拉出套管5(圖4),且在箭頭F1的方向上相對於第一構件20旋轉構件21,使得銷33設定為沿導引管34的極限位置B(圖6)且通道30的一端位於管36上。沖洗管道24亦在箭頭F1的方向上旋轉,但其自由端仍保持與管36接觸。
因此,此導致圖6之組態,其中,藉由操作者注射至沖洗管道24內的沖洗液沿管36流至(圖4與圖6中的箭頭F2)通道30內且在點P2流出以注滿管道23,從而沖洗導管16的末端部分16a。應指出的是,當第二構件21在箭頭F1的方向上相對於第一構件20旋轉時,第一構件20的表面20c(圖7與圖8)關閉管道23的端部,因此防止沖洗液自管道23經由套管35與管道14b意外回流至患者。
在完成沖洗之後,藉由已知的排放系統自管道23排出沖洗液。
在末端部分16a被沖洗之後,操作者在與箭頭F1相反的方向上相對於第一構件20旋轉第二構件21,且接著將導管16推回至套管35與管道14b內以繼續對患者的治療。
自前文描述顯而易見,作為本發明的主要目標之氣管支氣管入口閥的主要優勢在於其經設計以僅允許在確保患者最安全的情況下沖洗導管的端部。

Claims (10)
- 一種用於一支氣管呼吸裝置(10)之氣管支氣管入口閥(13),該氣管支氣管入口閥(13)包括:一第一構件(20),其又包括用於連接至一患者之連接構件(35);及一第二構件(21),其又包括插入構件(23)及用於沖洗該導管(16)的一末端部分(16a)之沖洗構件(24),藉由該插入構件(23)將一導管(16)插入到該患者的體內;該氣管支氣管入口閥(13)係界定於該第一構件及該第二構件之間,且其特徵在於包括選擇性連通構件(36,30)以當該入口閥(13)處於一閥閉合組態時提供該沖洗構件(24)與該插入構件(23)之間的連通,但並非該插入構件(23)與該連接構件(35)之間的連通,其中該選擇性連通構件包含一大致呈平面之密封件(38),該密封件係配置於該第一構件及該第二構件之間,並具有一第一區域,該第一區域密封一第一大致平面區域及一第二大致平面區域,該第一大致平面區域於該閥閉合組態時與該連接構件連通,並於一閥開啟組態時提供該插入構件與該連通構件之間的密封連通,該第二大致平面區域在該閥閉合組態時提供該沖洗構件及該插入構件之間的密封連通。
