Description
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つの炭化物材料を含んでいる材料からなる本体と、
ダイアモンド材料で構成され、前記本体に設けられて摺動面を生成するコーティングと、
を備えているメカニカルシールアセンブリのシールリングであって、
前記本体が、前記コーティングのダイアモンド材料に適合するダイアモンド材料で作られた微粒子部を少なくとも1つの炭化物材料を含んでいる前記材料へ入れることによる2成分の材料で形成されていることを特徴とするシールリング。 - 前記コーティングおよび前記本体のダイアモンド材料が、同一であること、または異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシールリング。
- 前記微粒子部が、0.01〜1.0mmの範囲の粒子サイズを有するダイアモンド材料で作られていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシールリング。
- 前記2成分の材料におけるダイアモンド材料の割合が、10〜90体積%の間の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシールリング。
- 前記本体が、微粒子の炭化物材料およびダイアモンド材料を焼結することによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシールリング。
- 前記炭化物材料が、SiCおよびWCを含む材料を含むグループのうちの1つであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシールリング。
