Claims (1)
- 基材およびそれに塗布された材料を有する物品の製造方法において、
供給すべき流体の共通の供給源、少なくとも1つの供給ノズルを有する出力装置、前記共通の供給源から前記少なくとも1つの供給ノズルへ流体を圧送するための少なくとも2つのポンプ、該少なくとも2つのポンプと前記少なくとも1つの供給ノズルを相互に連通する出力供給通路、および、前記少なくとも2つのポンプから前記少なくとも1つの供給ノズルまでの流体の通過を選択的に制御するための流量制御要素を有する計量された流体を供給する流体供給システムであって、該流体供給システムは、前記少なくとも2つのポンプの双方からの流体の出力が少なくとも1つの供給ノズルに到達するのを妨げる第1の状態と、前記少なくとも2つのポンプの一方からの流体の出力が前記少なくとも1つの供給ノズルに到達可能としかつ前記少なくとも2つのポンプの他方のポンプからの流体の出力が前記少なくとも1つの供給ノズルに到達するのを妨げる第2の状態と、前記少なくとも2つのポンプの双方から流体の出力が前記少なくとも1つの供給ノズルに到達可能とする第3の状態という少なくとも3つの供給状態を通じて供給する流体の体積を変更するようにした流体供給システムを準備するステップと、
基材を、前記流体供給システムを通過させて流れ方向に搬送するステップと、
各セグメントが、単位長さあたり一定の体積を有し、かつ、流れ方向に所定長さで所定のパターンを形成するように、前記基材に流体を複数のセグメントの形態で塗布するステップとを含み、
前記パターンが、前記少なくとも2つのポンプの一方からの出力として塗布された第1の体積で流体が存在する複数の領域と、前記少なくとも2つのポンプの双方からの出力として塗布され前記第1の体積よりも大きい第2の体積で流体が存在する複数の領域とが含むようにした方法。
