Description
以下、本発明を詳細に説明する。
本発明はセメントやスラグを使用しなくても、耐久性を備える。本発明は、細砂や粘土質、あるいは岩盤に生じている極めて小さな亀裂部にも浸透可能な点で、セメントやスラグを含有しないことが好ましい。
非晶質のSiO2を含有する超微粒子100部とAl2O3として表1に示した量のアルミナゾルと硬化促進剤10部と水100部をあらかじめ混合して注入材を作製した。ホモゲル強度、細砂への浸透深さの結果を表1に示す。
非晶質のSiO2を含有する超微粒子:市販品のシリカフューム(SiO2純度95%、一次粒子の平均粒子径0.1μm)
アルミナゾル:市販品(Al2O3濃度20%、一次粒子の平均粒子径0.02μm)を水道水で2倍に希釈、
硬化促進剤a:アルミン酸ナトリウム、R2O/Al2O3比=0.7
水:水道水
一次粒子径の平均粒子径:レーザー回折散乱式粒度分布測定装置にて測定。
ホモゲル強度:注入材を4×4×16cmの型枠に流し込み、20℃で所定期間湿空養生し、JIS R 5201に準じ、圧縮強さを測定した。
浸透性:直径5cmの土木学会基準ビニル袋に豊浦硅砂を20cmになるように充填し、作製した注入材200mlを上部面より静かに注ぎ入れ自然浸透させ、その浸透長さを測定した。
非晶質のSiO2を含有する超微粒子100部とAl2O3としてアルミナゾル100部と表2に示した量の硬化促進剤と水100部をあらかじめ混合して注入材を作製した。ホモゲル強度、細砂への浸透深さの結果を表2に示す。

硬化促進剤e:ケイ酸ナトリウム、R2O/SiO2比=0.7
Claims (8)
- (1)シリカフューム100部と(2)アルミナゾルをアルミナゾル中のAl2O3として60〜1000部と(3)R 2 O/Al 2 O 3 モル比(Rはアルカリ金属元素)1未満であるアルミン酸アルカリを含有してなる注入材。
- (1)シリカフューム100部と(2)アルミナゾルをアルミナゾル中のAl 2 O 3 として60〜1000部と(3)R 2 O/SiO 2 モル比(Rはアルカリ金属元素)1未満であるケイ酸アルカリを含有してなる注入材。
- (2)アルミナゾルの平均粒子径が1μm以下である請求項1〜2のうちの1項に記載の注入材。
- (1)シリカフューム100部と(2)アルミナゾルをアルミナゾル中のAl2O3として60〜1000部と(3)R 2 O/Al 2 O 3 モル比(Rはアルカリ金属元素)1未満であるアルミン酸アルカリを含有してなる注入材を注入してなる注入工法。
- (1)シリカフューム100部と(2)アルミナゾルをアルミナゾル中のAl 2 O 3 として60〜1000部と(3)R 2 O/SiO 2 モル比(Rはアルカリ金属元素)1未満であるケイ酸アルカリを含有してなる注入材を注入してなる注入工法。
- (1)シリカフューム100部と(2)アルミナゾルをアルミナゾル中のAl2O3として60〜1000部と(3)R 2 O/Al 2 O 3 モル比(Rはアルカリ金属元素)1未満であるアルミン酸アルカリと(4)水を含有してなる注入材を注入してなる注入工法。
- (1)シリカフューム100部と(2)アルミナゾルをアルミナゾル中のAl 2 O 3 として60〜1000部と(3)R 2 O/SiO 2 モル比(Rはアルカリ金属元素)1未満であるケイ酸アルカリと(4)水を含有してなる注入材を注入してなる注入工法。
- (2)アルミナゾルの平均粒子径が1μm以下である請求項4〜7のうちの1項に記載の注入工法。
