Claims (9)
- 金属基体と、前記金属基体の表面に形成される第一セラミック塗膜及び第二セラミック塗膜と、を備える電子装置のケース体であって、
前記金属基体は、複数の凹部と相隣する2つの凹部の間に位置する複数の凸部とが形成されている第一表面を有し、
前記凹部は、複数の第一図案区及び複数の第二図案区を備え、前記第一セラミック塗膜は前記第一図案区を被覆し、前記第二セラミック塗膜は前記第二図案区を被覆し、
前記第一セラミック塗膜と前記第二セラミック塗膜とは、互いに異なる色であり、前記第一セラミック塗膜及び前記第二セラミック塗膜の各表面は、前記金属基体の複数の凸部の頂面と同一の表面に位置し、
前記凹部の表面が、前記第一及び第二セラミック塗膜並びに前記凸部の表面よりも粗いことを特徴とする電子装置のケース体。 - 複数の前記凸部は、互いに間隔をあけて設置されるか、又は連続的に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子装置のケース体。
- 複数の前記凹部と複数の前記凸部は、交互に配列され、前記第一図案区と前記第二図案区は、交互に配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電子装置のケース体。
- 前記第一セラミック塗膜及び前記第二セラミック塗膜の材料は、酸化物セラミック材料であり、且つ酸化アルミニウム、四酸化三鉄及び酸化チタンの中の何れか1種であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の電子装置のケース体。
- 第一表面を備える金属基体を提供するステップと、前記第一表面の局部エリアに対して化学エッチング処理を行うことにより、エッチングエリアに凹部を形成すると共に非エッチングエリアに凸部を形成するステップと、前記金属基体に対して、第一次熱塗装処理を行うことにより、複数の前記凹部のうちの一部の凹部を被覆する第一セラミック塗膜を前記第一表面に形成するステップと、前記第一次熱塗装処理と異なる色の塗装材料を採用して、前記金属基体に対して第二次熱塗装処理を行うことにより、前記第一セラミック塗膜と、前記凸部と、複数の前記凹部のうちの前記第一セラミック塗膜で被覆されていない凹部と、を被覆する第二セラミック塗膜を前記金属基体に形成するステップと、前記第二次熱塗装処理を経た後の前記金属基体を研磨して鏡面仕上げすることによって、前記第一セラミック塗膜及び前記凸部を前記第二セラミック塗膜から露出させるステップと、を備えることを特徴とする電子装置のケース体の作製方法。
- 前記第一次熱塗装処理及び前記第二次熱塗装処理は、全て酸素−アセチレンをガスとし、空気を送りガスとする火焔塗装法を採用し、該火焔塗装法に用いられる塗装材料は、酸化アルミニウム、四酸化三鉄及び酸化チタンの中の1種であり、前記第二次熱塗装処理が採用する塗装材料は、前記第一次熱塗装処理が採用する塗装材料と異なることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電子装置のケース体の作製方法。
- 前記研磨工程を経ていない前記第一セラミック塗膜の厚さは、前記化学エッチング処理のエッチングの深さより大きいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電子装置のケース体の作製方法。
- 前記化学エッチング処理した後で、且つ前記第一次熱塗装処理の前に、前記第一表面に対して、サンドプラスト処理を行い、該第一表面の粗度を1.3μm〜2.0μmにするステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5から7の何れか一項に記載の電子装置のケース体の作製方法。
- 前記第一次熱塗装処理は、透かし彫りの模様が形成されている遮蔽冶具によって前記第一表面を遮蔽し、且つ前記透かし彫りの模様を複数の前記凹部のうちの前記一部の凹部に対応させ、該一部の凹部を前記遮蔽冶具から露出させて第一図案区を得て、該第一図案区に前記第一セラミック塗膜を形成することを特徴とする請求項5から8の何れか一項に記載の電子装置のケース体の作製方法。
