Claims (7)
- 陽極酸化皮膜微孔中の析出ヨウ素による機能を付与したアルミ材であって、
前記析出ヨウ素は、陽極酸化処理後のアルミ材をヨウ素化合物TMSOI(トリメチルスルフォキソニウム・アイオダイド)又はTMSI(トリメチルスルフォニウム・アイオダイド)の電解浴中で電解処理を施すことによって、TMSOI又はTMSIから遊離したものであり、
析出ヨウ素によるヨウ素色の着色を抑止乃至抑制することによってアルミ陽極酸化皮膜の金属色を保持乃至これに染色又は金属塩二次電解処理を施すことによって染色又は二次電解色を保持してなることを特徴とする機能性アルミ材。 - 陽極酸化皮膜微孔中の析出ヨウ素による機能を付与したアルミ材の電解方法であって、陽極酸化処理後のアルミ材をヨウ素化合物TMSOI(トリメチルスルフォキソニウム・アイオダイド)又はTMSI(トリメチルスルフォニウム・アイオダイド)の電解浴中で電解処理を施すことによって析出ヨウ素によるヨウ素色の着色を抑止乃至抑制してアルミ陽極酸化皮膜の金属色を保持することを特徴とする機能性アルミ材の電解処理方法。
- 上記電解浴のTMSOI又はTMSIの濃度を、0.1g/l〜50g/lとすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機能性アルミ材の電解処理方法。
- 上記TMSOI又はTMSIの電解浴に、界面活性剤を添加含有することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の機能性アルミ材の電解処理方法。
- 上記電解浴に添加含有する界面活性剤を、アニオン性の界面活性剤とすることを特徴とする請求項2、3又は4に記載の機能性アルミ材の電解処理方法。
- 上記アニオン性界面活性剤の濃度を、0.5〜10g/lとすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の機能性アルミ材の電解処理方法。
- 上記電解処理後に、陽極酸化皮膜に封孔処理を施すことを特徴とする請求項2、3、4、5又は6に記載の機能性アルミ材の電解処理方法。
