Description
Claims (8)
- 眼内レンズを目に注入する装置であって、
長軸と、該長軸に沿った通路とを有するチューブ状ハウジングと、
前記チューブ状ハウジングの通路の中に配置されていて該通路に沿って動作範囲を移動できるプランジャ・シャフトとを備えており、
前記チューブ状ハウジングと前記プランジャ・シャフトが、前記動作範囲に沿って変化する押し込み摩擦を発生させる摩擦係合機能部を有し、前記レンズを目の中に注入することで生じる押し込み抵抗の1箇所以上の変化を相殺し、
前記摩擦係合機能部が、押し込み摩擦に1箇所以上の変化がある所定の無負荷押し込み摩擦プロファイルに従って前記変化する押し込み摩擦を発生させる構成にされており、前記変化が、目の中へのレンズの注入に特徴的な押し込み抵抗における対応する変化を補償し、
前記摩擦係合機能部が、前記チューブ状ハウジングの通路内に形成されたオリフィスであって、前記通路の断面の大きさとは異なる大きさの断面の開口を有するオリフィスを備え、前記開口の断面と前記通路の断面とは前記長軸に対して横断しており、また、
前記摩擦係合機能部が、前記プランジャ・シャフトが前記動作範囲に沿って並進移動するときに前記オリフィスと摩擦しながら係合する前記プランジャ・シャフト上の所定の輪郭線を有する表面を備え、
所定の輪郭線を有する前記表面が、前記プランジャ・シャフトの長さの少なくとも一部に沿って粗さが変化する粗い表面を備える、装置。 - 前記摩擦係合機能部が、1箇所以上の変化を押し込み摩擦に発生させることで眼内レンズの折り畳みに特徴的な押し込み抵抗の変化と目の中への眼内レンズの挿入に特徴的な押し込み抵抗の変化の一方または両方を補償する構成である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 所定の前記無負荷押し込み摩擦プロファイルが、前記プランジャ・シャフトの動作範囲に沿って、無負荷押し込み摩擦に1箇所以上の階段状変化を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 所定の前記無負荷押し込み摩擦プロファイルが、前記プランジャ・シャフトの動作範囲の少なくとも一部に押し込み摩擦の曲線状変化を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記摩擦係合機能部が、前記変化する押し込み摩擦と、目の中への眼内レンズの注入に特徴的な前記押し込み抵抗の和が前記プランジャ・シャフトの動作範囲の所定の部分で実質的に平坦になるように形成にされる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 所定の輪郭線を有する前記表面が、前記プランジャ・シャフトの厚みに1箇所以上の階段状変化を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 所定の輪郭線を有する前記表面が、前記プランジャ・シャフトの長さの少なくとも一部に沿って、前記プランジャ・シャフトの厚みに曲線状変化を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プランジャ・シャフト上の所定の輪郭線を有する前記表面は、前記プランジャ・シャフトの長軸中心線まわりに対称ある、請求項1に記載の装置。
