Claims (4)
- ステータユニットと、該ステータユニットの内側に配置されて回転可能に支持されたロータマグネットを有するロータユニットと、該ロータユニットの回転運動が直線運動に変換されて直線運動する出力軸と、前記ロータユニットの内側に設けられ前記出力軸に形成したねじ部と螺合してなるナット部とを備えたリニアアクチュエータにおいて、
前記ナット部の軸方向両側のうち少なくとも一方の端面にグリース溜り部を設けたキャップを装着した状態で前記ロータマグネットとともにインサートモールドで一体に形成したことを特徴とするリニアアクチュエータ。 - 前記ナット部の軸方向両側の端面に前記グリース溜り部を設けたキャップを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記キャップ部は前記ナット部を装着するための凹部を備え、該凹部の底面に放射状に配置された壁で分けられた複数の凹部を形成し、該複数の凹部が前記グリース溜り部を構成してなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記ナット部のねじ部の内周面に前記出力軸と平行な溝を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちのいずれか1項に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
