Description
本発明は、折り畳み式のコアアセンブリ又は伸張式のキャビティアセンブリのようなコアアセンブリの迅速且つ容易な設置及び取り外しのために、当該コアアセンブリを係止して位置決めするための装置に関する。
伸張式のキャビティ要素や折り畳み式のコアアセンブリのような従来のコアアセンブリが知られており、これらは射出成形装置とともに利用されている。既知の折り畳み式コアアセンブリは、当該コアアセンブリの外径を変化させるように、互いに対して摺動ないし他の態様で移動する複数のセグメントを用いるものである。
Claims (14)
- コアアセンブリを備えた射出成形装置であって、
コアアセンブリは、シャフトを有しており、スライド部固定プレートに取り付けられたスライド部を有しており、
係止部が、プレートと、当該プレートを通過して延びる非円形孔と、を有しており、
前記シャフトの端部が、前記非円形孔を貫通可能で、当該非円形孔内において位置決め可能となっており、
前記係止部は、当該係止部を前記シャフトに固定するために、前記シャフトの端部に対して移動できるようになっており、
前記プレートと前記シャフトの端部とは、傾斜面にて互いに接触するようになっており、
前記係止部を前記シャフトに対して回動させることにより、前記シャフトが軸方向に移動されて固定されるようになっており、
前記係止部を前記シャフトに対して回転させ、前記シャフトが軸方向に移動されて固定されることにより、前記シャフトが前記スライド部及び前記スライド部固定プレートに対して固定されるようになっている
ことを特徴とする射出成形装置。 - 非円形環状孔を有する中央リングを更に備え、
前記コアアセンブリは、当該コアアセンブリの長手方向軸回りの当該コアアセンブリの回動を制限するべく、前記非円形環状孔内に位置決めされて前記中央リングに接触している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形装置。 - 前記中央リングの前記非円形環状孔は、少なくとも1つの第一案内溝と当該第一案内溝より小さい少なくとも1つの第二案内溝とを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の射出成形装置。 - 前記コアアセンブリは、前記第一案内溝又は前記第二案内溝内に取り付けられた少なくとも1つのスライド部を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の射出成形装置。 - 前記中央リングは、2つの外側リングの間に挟まれている
ことを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載の射出成形装置。 - 前記コアアセンブリは、折り畳み式コアアセンブリ又は伸張式キャビティアセンブリである
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の射出成形装置。 - コアアセンブリを備えた射出成形装置であって、
スライド部固定プレートに取り付けられたスライド部を有するコアアセンブリと、
非円形環状孔を有する中央リングと、
を備え、
前記コアアセンブリは、当該コアアセンブリの長手方向軸回りの当該コアアセンブリの回動を制限するべく、前記非円形環状孔内に位置決めされて前記中央リングに接触しており、
非円形孔を有する係止部を更に備え、
前記コアアセンブリは、前記非円形孔内に位置決め可能なシャフトを有し、
前記係止部は、当該係止部を前記シャフトに固定して当該シャフトの前記スライド部及び前記スライド部固定プレートに対する軸方向位置を係止するために、前記シャフトに対して移動できるようになっており、
前記係止部は、プレートを有しており、
前記非円形孔は、当該プレートを通過して延びており、
前記シャフトは、前記非円形孔を貫通可能な断面を有しており、
前記プレートと前記シャフトの端部とは、傾斜面にて互いに接触するようになっている
ことを特徴とする射出成形装置。 - 前記中央リングの前記非円形環状孔は、少なくとも1つの第一案内溝と第一案内溝より小さい少なくとも1つの第二案内溝とを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の射出成形装置。 - 前記コアアセンブリは、前記第一案内溝又は前記第二案内溝内に取り付けられた少なくとも1つのフランジを備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の射出成形装置。 - 前記中央リングは、2つの外側リングの間に挟まれている
ことを特徴とする請求項7乃至9のいずれかに記載の射出成形装置。 - コアアセンブリを備えた射出成形装置であって、
スライド部固定プレートに取り付けられたスライド部を有するコアアセンブリと、
非円形環状孔を有する中央リングと、
を備え、
前記コアアセンブリは、当該コアアセンブリの長手方向軸回りの当該コアアセンブリの回動を制限するべく、前記非円形環状孔内に位置決めされて前記中央リングに接触しており、
非円形孔を有する係止部を更に備え、
前記コアアセンブリは、前記非円形孔内に位置決め可能なシャフトを有し、
前記係止部は、当該係止部を前記シャフトに固定して当該シャフトの前記スライド部及び前記スライド部固定プレートに対する軸方向位置を係止するために、前記シャフトに対して移動できるようになっている
ことを特徴とする射出成形装置。 - 前記係止部を前記シャフトに対して回転させることが、前記シャフトを前記スライド部及び前記スライド部固定プレートに対して固定する
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の射出成形装置。 - 前記係止部を前記シャフトに対して回動させることにより、前記シャフトが軸方向に移動されて固定されるようになっている
ことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の射出成形装置。 - 前記コアアセンブリは、折り畳み式コアアセンブリ又は伸張式キャビティアセンブリである
ことを特徴とする請求項7乃至13のいずれかに記載の射出成形装置。
