Claims (9)
- セラミック複合材料(CMC)からなり、軸を中心に画定される共通のCMCドラムと、
セラミック複合材料からなり、共通のCMCドラムから延びる複数のCMCエアフォイルの列と、
内部でロータモジュールが回転する分割ケースと、
前記共通のCMCドラムに取り付けられるモノリシックセラミックス製の特徴部と、
を備え、
前記分割ケースは、セラミック複合材料又は金属超合金からなり、
前記モノリシックセラミックス製の特徴部はナイフエッジシールであることを特徴とするガスタービンエンジンのロータモジュール。 - 複数のCMCエアフォイルの列は、ガスタービンエンジンの圧縮セクション内に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジンのロータモジュール。
- 複数のCMCエアフォイルの列は、ガスタービンエンジンの高圧圧縮セクション内に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジンのロータモジュール。
- 複数のCMCエアフォイルの列は、ガスタービンエンジンのタービンセクション内に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジンのロータモジュール。
- 複数のCMCエアフォイルの列は、ガスタービンエンジンの低圧タービンセクション内に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスタービンエンジンのロータモジュール。
- 軸を中心に画定された分割ケースと、
セラミック複合材料(CMC)からなる共通のCMCドラムと、セラミック複合材料からなり、共通のCMCドラムから延びる複数のCMCエアフォイルの列と、を備え、軸を中心に回転するタービンロータモジュールと、
前記共通のCMCドラムに取り付けられるモノリシックセラミックス製の特徴部と、
を備え、
前記分割ケースは、セラミック複合材料又は金属超合金からなり、
前記モノリシックセラミックス製の特徴部はナイフエッジシールであることを特徴とするガスタービンエンジンのタービンアッセンブリ。 - タービンロータモジュールは、ガスタービンエンジンの低圧タービンセクション内に位置することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガスタービンエンジンのタービンアッセンブリ。
- 軸を中心に画定されるセラミック複合材料(CMC)からなる共通のCMCドラムの周囲で分割ケースを組み付けるステップを含み、
共通のCMCドラムから、セラミック複合材料からなる複数のCMCエアフォイルの列が延び、
前記分割ケースは、セラミック複合材料又は金属超合金からなり、
前記共通のCMCドラムにモノリシックセラミックス製の特徴部が取り付けられており、前記モノリシックセラミックス製の特徴部はナイフエッジシールであることを特徴とするガスタービンエンジンのタービンアッセンブリ組み付け方法。 - 分割ケースの2つの軸方向の半体を複数の留め具で組み付けることを特徴とすることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のタービンアッセンブリ組み付け方法。
