Description
Claims (29)
- 所定のフレームシーケンスに従って予め選択された視聴コンテンツの送信に適したパケット化伝送ストリームを記憶する記憶システムであって、前記パケット化伝送ストリームは、
単一形式の種類を有する複数のコンテンツフレームを備え、
前記コンテンツフレームのそれぞれが、
暗号化された伝送フレームペイロードであって、前記予め選択された視聴コンテンツを含む前記伝送フレームペイロードと、
暗号化されていない伝送フレームヘッダであって、選択されたコンテンツフレームの前記伝送フレームペイロードを解読することなく前記選択されたコンテンツフレームを抽出することを可能にする前記伝送フレームヘッダと、を含んでおり、
当該伝送フレームヘッダが、前記伝送フレームペイロードが暗号化されたどうかを示すパケット識別子フィールドと、
前記伝送フレームペイロードがパケット化エレメンタリストリームヘッダを持つかどうかを示すペイロードユニット開始インジケータフィールドと、および
前記選択されたコンテンツフレームがI−フレームを備えるかどうかを示し、そして前記コンテンツフレームの前記伝送フレームペイロードを復号することなく所定のフレームシーケンス内の前記コンテンツフレームの中のI−フレームに対するサーチを可能とすることによりパケット化伝送ストリーム内の滑らかなジャンプ動作をサポートする転送プライオリティフィールドと、を含んでおり、
前記予め選択された視聴コンテンツが、当該伝送フレームヘッダには含まれておらず、
前記伝送フレームペイロードが、当該伝送フレームヘッダに続いており、それぞれのコンテンツフレームの残りを備えている、パケット化伝送ストリームであって、
前記予め選択された視聴コンテンツが、当該予め選択された視聴コンテンツの表示を損なうことなく不正アクセスから保護されるように、前記パケット化伝送ストリームにおける前記予め選択された視聴コンテンツの全ては、伝送中の暗号化されたフォーマットの中に残っているパケット化伝送ストリームを記憶する記憶システム。 - 前記パケット化伝送ストリームが、Moving Picture Experts Group伝送ストリームを備える、請求項1のパケット化伝送ストリームを記憶する記憶システム。
- 前記I−フレームが、イントラ符号化された画像フレームを備える、請求項2のパケット化伝送ストリームを記憶する記憶システム。
- 前記伝送フレームペイロードが、1つ以上のコンテンツフィールドを備える、請求項1のパケット化伝送ストリームを記憶する記憶システム。
- 前記コンテンツフィールドの少なくとも1つが、映像コンテンツを記憶するための映像コンテンツフィールドであり、音声コンテンツを記憶するための音声コンテンツフィールドであり、クローズド−キャプション方式のコンテンツを記憶するクローズド−キャプションフィールドである、請求項4のパケット化伝送ストリームを記憶する記憶システム。
- 前記伝送フレームヘッダが、前記パケット識別子フィールドと、前記ペイロードユニット開始インジケータフィールドと、転送プライオリティフィールドと、により構成される、請求項1のパケット化伝送ストリームを記憶する記憶システム。
- 前記コンテンツフィールドが、映像コンテンツを記憶するための映像コンテンツフィールドと音声コンテンツを記憶するための少なくとも1つの音声コンテンツフィールドとを含み、前記映像コンテンツが前記音声コンテンツに同期される、請求項4のパケット化伝送ストリームを記憶する記憶システム。
- 各前記コンテンツフレームがパケット化エレメンタリストリームフレームを備え、各前記コンテンツフレームの前記伝送フレームペイロードがパケット化エレメンタリストリームヘッダを含む、請求項1のパケット化伝送ストリームを記憶する記憶システム。
- 前記伝送フレームペイロードが、秘密キー暗号化技術、暗号ブロック連鎖モード技術、および固有の暗号化技術から成る群から選択された暗号化技術に従い暗号化される、請求項1のパケット化伝送ストリームを記憶する記憶システム。
- 前記パケット化伝送ストリームが、ユニーク暗号キーと関連付けられる、請求項9のパケット化伝送ストリームを記憶する記憶システム。
- 前記コンテンツフレームのそれぞれが、個々に解読される、請求項9のパケット化伝送ストリームを記憶する記憶システム。
- 前記コンテンツフレームの少なくとも1つが、パケットタイミング情報を提供するための適合フィールドを含む、請求項1のパケット化伝送ストリームを記憶する記憶システム。
- 不正アクセスからの保護が望ましい、所定のフレームシーケンスに従って表示するのに適した予め選択された視聴コンテンツを、パケット化伝送ストリームに変換するコンテンツ変換システムは、
視聴コンテンツを受信し、単一の形式の種類を有する複数のコンテンツフレームを提供するための処理システムを備え、
前記コンテンツフレームのそれぞれが、
暗号化された伝送フレームペイロードであって、前記予め選択された視聴コンテンツを含む前記伝送フレームペイロードと、
暗号化されていない伝送フレームヘッダであって、選択されたコンテンツフレームの前記伝送フレームペイロードを解読することなく前記選択されたコンテンツフレームを抽出することを可能にする前記伝送フレームヘッダと、を含んでおり、
当該伝送フレームヘッダは、前記伝送フレームペイロードが暗号化されたどうかを示すパケット識別子フィールドと、
前記伝送フレームペイロードがパケット化エレメンタリストリームヘッダを持つかどうかを示すペイロードユニット開始インジケータフィールドと、および
前記選択されたコンテンツフレームがI−フレームを備えるかどうかを示し、そして前記コンテンツフレームの前記伝送フレームペイロードを復号することなく所定のフレームシーケンス内の前記コンテンツフレームの中のI−フレームのサーチを可能とすることによりパケット化伝送ストリーム内の滑らかなジャンプ動作をサポートする転送プライオリティフィールドと、を含んでおり、
記予め選択された視聴コンテンツが、当該伝送フレームヘッダには含まれておらず、
前記伝送フレームペイロードが、当該伝送フレームヘッダに続いており、それぞれのコンテンツフレームの残りを備えている、コンテンツ変換システムであって、
前記予め選択された視聴コンテンツが、当該予め選択された視聴コンテンツの表示を損うことなく不正アクセスから保護されるように、前記パケット化伝送ストリームにおける前記予め選択された視聴コンテンツの全ては、伝送中の暗号化されたフォーマットの中に残っているコンテンツ変換システム。 - 前記処理システムが、コンテンツ受信システムを介して視聴コンテンツを受信する、請求項13のコンテンツ変換システム。
- 前記コンテンツ受信システムが、視聴コンテンツを符号化し、符号化視聴コンテンツを前記処理システムに提供するための符号化システムを含む、請求項14のコンテンツ変換システム。
- 前記コンテンツ受信システムが、視聴コンテンツを圧縮し、圧縮視聴コンテンツを前記処理システムに提供するための圧縮システムを含む、請求項14のコンテンツ変換システム。
- 前記予め選択された視聴コンテンツの暗号化が維持されるように、前記複数のコンテンツフレームを記憶するための記憶システムをさらに備える、請求項13のコンテンツ変換システム。
- 所定のフレームシーケンスに従い前記複数のコンテンツフレームを送信し、送信中に前記予め選択された視聴コンテンツの暗号化を維持するコンテンツ送信システムをさらに備える、請求項13のコンテンツ変換システム。
- 前記コンテンツ送信システムが、前記処理システムから前記複数のコンテンツフレームを受信する、請求項18のコンテンツ変換システム。
- 前記予め選択された視聴コンテンツの暗号化が維持されるように前記複数のコンテンツフレームを記憶するための記憶システムをさらに備え、前記コンテンツ送信システムが前記記憶システムから前記複数のコンテンツフレームを受信する、請求項18のコンテンツ変換システム。
- 前記コンテンツ送信システムが、複数のエレメンタリストリームを多重化してパケット化伝送ストリームを形成する転送マルチプレクサシステムを備える、請求項18のコンテンツ変換システム。
- 前記処理システムが、前記コンテンツフレームの前記伝送フレームヘッダからの前記転送プライオリティフィールドを適用して個々のジャンプ動作を実行し、前記個々のジャンプ動作に従い前記複数のコンテンツフレームを送信する、請求項18のコンテンツ変換システム。
- 前記個々のジャンプ動作が、早送り動作、巻戻し動作、早巻戻し動作、およびサーチ動作から成る群から選択される、請求項22のコンテンツ変換システム。
- 前記処理システムが、前記コンテンツフレームの前記伝送フレームヘッダからの前記転送プライオリティフィールドを適用して、選択された部分暗号化コンテンツフレームのサーチ動作を実行する、請求項22のコンテンツ変換システム。
- 前記コンテンツ変換システムが、前記パケット化伝送ストリームを介して提供される視聴コンテンツを解読して表示するためのコンテンツ表示システムにパケット化伝送ストリームを提供する、請求項18のコンテンツ変換システム。
