Abstract
【解決手段】 WC−Co超硬合金において、Coをγ→ ε’変態を損なわない範囲(0.1at%以上5at%以下)でNiに置換し、Crを結合相に対して4mass%以上8.8mass%以下で添加した、WCの平均粒度が1.0μmを超え5.0μm未満の、超硬合金で作製する。

Description
ε’変態によって生じるε’相の破面の最小寸法は約1.0μmと見積もられる。よって、WCの粒度を1.0μmを超えるとした。これより小さいとγ→
ε’変態の生成が不十分となる。WCの粒度を5.0μm未満としたのは、5.0μm以上では粗粒WCが破壊の起源となりやすくなって強度が得られなくなるためである。
Claims (3)
- WC−5mass%Co〜28mass%Co超硬合金において、結合相のγ→ ε’変態を損なわない範囲である0.1at%以上5at%以下のCoをNiで置換し、Crを結合相に対して4mass%以上8.8mass%以下で添加した、WCの平均粒度が1.0μmを超え5.0μm未満の、超硬合金。
- 請求項1に記載の超硬合金を真空、窒素または不活性ガスの雰囲気中で800℃以上1000℃未満で20min以上3600min以下の熱処理をすることにより、Co3Wを析出させ強化した超硬合金。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の超硬合金を用いて作製した、主として衝撃圧縮応力が作用する、耐摩耗工具。
