Claims (10)
- 第1滑り軸受胴(2.1、2.2)を形成するための少なくとも1つの滑り軸受セグメント(3.1、3.2)と、
前記滑り軸受セグメント(3.1、3.2)に対する軸受カウンタ面を形成する、第2滑り軸受胴(13.1、13.2)の少なくとも1つの滑り要素(10.1、10.2)であって、前記滑り要素(10.1、10.2)の滑り面が前記滑り軸受セグメント(3.1、3.2)の滑り面より高い硬度を備えている、前記滑り要素(10.1、10.2)と、
前記滑り要素(10.1、10.2)の支持体(9.1、9.2)と、
前記滑り要素(10.1、10.2)と前記支持体(9.1、9.2)との間に設けられている中間層(15.1、15.2)であって、その可塑性変形能が電気加熱装置(33)による温度管理によって調整可能である前記中間層(15.1、15.2)と、
を備えている滑り軸受の製造方法において、
前記中間層(15.1、15.2)の可塑性変形能を高めるために、電気加熱装置(33)による温度管理によって、該中間層(15.1、15.2)を、滑り軸受の駆動時に発生する温度を超えて加熱するステップと、
加熱された前記中間層(15.1、15.2)が固化する前に、前記滑り要素(10.1、10.2)を調節する方法ステップであって、前記支持体(9.1、9.2)が、前記中間層(15.1、15.2)及び前記滑り要素(10.1、10.2)と共にクランプされ、回転運動させられて、且つ、前記滑り要素(10.1、10.2)を自動調心するために測定装置とガイド装置のストッパーに対してガイドされる前記方法ステップと、
それに続いて、電気加熱装置(33)による温度管理によって前記中間層(15.1、15.2)の可塑変形能を低下させる方法ステップと、
を備えていることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記中間層(15.1、15.2)が、熱可塑性物質又はホットメルト接着剤を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の、滑り軸受の製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性物質が、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリスチレン(PS)、ポリ塩化ビニル、及びアクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン(ABS)から選択されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の、滑り軸受の製造方法。
- 前記ホットメルト接着剤のベースポリマーが、ポリアミド、ポリエチレン、非晶質ポリアルファオレフィン、エチレン酢酸ビニル、ポリエステルエラストマー、ポリウレタンエラストマー、コポリアミドエラストマーによって形成されるグループから選択されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の、滑り軸受の製造方法。
- 前記支持体(9.1、9.2)には、溝(19)が作られており、
前記溝(19)内に、前記中間層(15.1、15.2)と前記滑り要素(10.1、10.2)の一部とが受容されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の、滑り軸受の製造方法。 - 少なくとも1つの密閉要素(16.1、16.2)が備わっており、
前記密閉要素(16.1、16.2)が、前記滑り要素(10.1、10.2)と前記支持体(9.1、9.2)との間の間隙から前記中間層(15.1、15.2)が漏出することを防ぐことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の、滑り軸受の製造方法。 - 前記支持体(9.1、9.2)が、スラストカラー支持体(18)の一部であり、
前記滑り要素(10.1、10.2)が、スラストカラー(7)に配設されたスラストディスク(11、11.1、11.2)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の、滑り軸受の製造方法。 - 前記滑り要素(10.1、10.2)が、鋼から、又はセラミックス又はガラスから成っているか、又はそのような材料によって被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の、滑り軸受の製造方法。
- 前記滑り要素(10.1、10.2)の滑り面には、金属窒化物又はセラミックスから成るコーティングが施されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の、滑り軸受の製造方法。
- 前記滑り軸受セグメント(3.1、3.2)が、ポリマー材料から成る滑り面(4.1、4.2)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の、滑り軸受の製造方法。
