Description
微生物の保存安定性を向上させる方法として、例えば、特許文献1には、菌体乾燥物と、硫酸カルシウムと、界面活性剤とを含有する水和剤組成物を、乾燥剤含有包材に封入することが提案されている。乾燥剤としては、合成ゼオライトを含有する樹脂を原材料とする吸湿樹脂などが具体的に示されている。
また、特許文献2には、微生物、粘土鉱物、界面活性剤および乾燥剤を含有する微生物農薬が提案されている。乾燥剤としては、シリカゲル、塩化カルシウム、III型無水石膏が具体的に示されている。
そこで、本発明の課題は、微生物の安定性に優れ、且つ散布した際に農作物に汚れが生じ難い微生物農薬組成物、および微生物農薬組成物を農作物に散布することを含む汚れの少ない農作物の生産方法を提供することである。
(1) 硫酸カルシウムと植物の病害を防除する効果を有する微生物とを含有する微生物農薬組成物を農作物に散布することを含む、汚れの少ない農作物の生産方法。
(2) 微生物農薬組成物は、さらに界面活性剤を含有する、前記(1)に記載の汚れの少ない農作物の生産方法。
(3) 微生物農薬組成物は、硫酸カルシウム、微生物、および界面活性剤の合計量に対して、硫酸カルシウム60〜99重量%、微生物1〜40重量%、および界面活性剤0〜30重量%で含有する、前記(1)または(2)に記載の汚れの少ない農作物の生産方法。
(4) 微生物がバチルス属菌またはシュードモナス属菌である、前記(1)〜(3)のいずれか1項に記載の汚れの少ない農作物の生産方法。
(5) 微生物がバチルス ズブチリスである、前記(1)〜(3)のいずれか1項に記載の汚れの少ない農作物の生産方法。
(6) 微生物がシュードモナス ロデシアである、前記(1)〜(3)のいずれか1項に記載の汚れの少ない農作物の生産方法。
(8) さらに界面活性剤を含有する前記(7)に記載の微生物農薬組成物。
(9) バチルス属菌がバチルス ズブチリスである、前記(7)または(8)に記載の微生物農薬組成物。
(11) 微生物がバチルス ズブチリスである、前記(10)に記載の微生物農薬組成物。
本発明の汚れの少ない農作物の生産方法は、硫酸カルシウムと植物の病害を防除する効果を有する微生物とを含有する微生物農薬組成物を農作物に散布することを含む。
該微生物としては、バチルス属、シュードモナス属、フザリウム属、ゲオトリクム属、グリオクラディウム属、トリコデルマ属、タラロマイセス属、ペニシリウム属等が挙げられる。これらのうち、バチルス属またはシュードモナス属が好ましい。
バチルス属としては、バチルス ズブチリスが好ましく、FERM BP-10244の受託番号によりブタペスト条約により国際寄託された菌株がより好ましい。
シュードモナス属としては、シュードモナス ロデシアが好ましく、FERM BP-10912の受託番号によりブタペスト条約により国際寄託された菌株がより好ましい。
本発明に用いられる微生物は、生菌体、乾燥菌体、あるいはこれらの微生物から発生する胞子などの休眠体などのいずれであってもよい。また、これらの微生物は、1種単独で若しくは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
また、該微生物としては、風乾やスプレードライ、凍結乾燥など何らかの方法で乾燥させてなる乾燥菌体を用いることができる。尚、該微生物の乾燥は、公知の装置および条件によって得ることができる。
本発明の微生物農薬組成物により防除できる植物の病害としては、例えば、
「テンサイ」の、褐斑病(Cercospora beticola)、黒根病(Aphanomyces cochlloides)、根腐病(Thanatephorus cucumeris)、葉腐病(Thanatephorus cucumeris);
「ラッカセイ」の、褐斑病(Mycosphaerella arachidis)、黒渋病(Mycosphaerella berkeleyi);

(実施例1−1)
バチルス属菌(FERM BP−10244株)の培養液を凍結乾燥し、得られた凍結乾燥物をパルペライザー(不二パウダル社製KII−1型)で粉砕し、篩別して、100μm以下の粉末にした。この粉末2部を、硫酸カルシウム2水和物87部、ナフタレンスルホン酸ホルマリン縮合物のナトリウム塩9部およびアルキル硫酸ナトリウム2部と混合し、微生物農薬組成物からなる製剤E1を得た。
シュードモナス属菌(FERM BP−10912株)の培養液を凍結乾燥し、得られた凍結乾燥物を乳鉢で粉砕し、篩別して、150μm以下の粉末にした。この粉末8.2部を、硫酸カルシウム2水和物71.8部、ホワイトカーボンにPOEアリルフェニルエーテル硫酸アンモニウムが重量比1:1で吸着してなるもの15部およびホワイトカーボンにPOEアリルフェニルエーテルが重量比1:1で吸着してなるもの5部と混合し、微生物農薬組成物からなる製剤E2を得た。
硫酸カルシウム2水和物を、硫酸ナトリウムに置き換えた以外は実施例1−1と同じ手法にて微生物農薬組成物からなる製剤R1を得た。
(比較例1−2)
硫酸カルシウム2水和物を、硫酸ナトリウムに置き換えた以外は実施例1−2と同じ手法にて微生物農薬組成物からなる製剤R2を得た。
(実施例2−1:ケーキング試験)
200mLビーカーに、製剤20gを入れ、これにポリエチレン製袋で包んだ重り(700g)を載せた。ビーカーごとアルミラミネート袋に入れ、ヒートシールで密栓した。それを5℃で静置した。静置開始時ならびに、静置開始から1ヶ月経過時および2ヶ月経過時にアルミラミネート袋からビーカーを取り出して重りを取り除き、製剤を薬包紙の上に静かに取り出して外観観察およびスパチュラで押した際の硬さを調べ、ケーキング性の評価を行った。次いで、製剤中の生菌数を測定した。
なお、ケーキング性の評価は以下の基準に従った。
○ : 静置開始時の粉状の外観を保っていた
△ : 塊は有るものの、スパチュラで容易にほぐれた
× : 固まっており、スパチュラで押してもほぐれなかった
製剤を滅菌水で100倍希釈して室温(15〜20℃)下で静置した。希釈直後、希釈から1時間経過時および24時間経過時に、溶液中の生菌数を測定した。
この生菌安定性評価を、上記の製剤E2および製剤R2について行った。その結果を表2に示す。
微生物農薬組成物からなる製剤を、水道水で所定倍率で希釈し、薬液を調製した。調製薬液をハンドスプレーにてひもで吊るしたナス果実に散布処理した。散布液量は、果実表面に斑点状で付着し且つ流れ落ちない程度の量にした。
対照として、市販水和剤を水道水で希釈して調製した薬液、または水道水のみを用いて、上記と同じ手法で散布処理した。
散布処理後、ナス果実を室内で風乾した。ナス果実の外観を目視観察し、汚れの程度を評価した。
水道水のみを散布処理した果実の汚れ程度を「0」とし、市販剤で調製した薬液のうち汚れ程度が最も酷いものを「5」とし、「0」〜「5」の6段階の汚れ指数で汚れ程度を表した。
Claims (3)
- 硫酸カルシウム、
シュードモナス ロデシア、
POEアリルフェニルエーテル硫酸アンモニム、および
POEアリルフェニルエーテルを含有する水和剤であって、且つ
硫酸カルシウム、シュードモナス ロデシア、POEアリルフェニルエーテル硫酸アンモニム、およびPOEアリルフェニルエーテルの合計量に対して、
硫酸カルシウムの量が60〜94重量%、
シュードモナス ロデシアの量が1〜30重量%、および
POEアリルフェニルエーテル硫酸アンモニムとPOEアリルフェニルエーテルとの合計量が5〜30重量%である、
微生物農薬組成物。 - シュードモナス ロデシアが、FERM BP-10912株である、請求項1に記載の微生物農薬組成物。
- 請求項1または2に記載の微生物農薬組成物を農作物に散布することを含む、汚れの少ない農作物の生産方法。
