Claims (15)
- 固体の生体試料(3)を保管するための装置であり、かつ、固体の生体試料(3)の二次構造を分解する熱を伝達するための装置であって、
前記固体の生体試料(3)を収容する収容部(7)を有する生体試料運搬装置(5)と、
前記収容部(7)を封止し、前記収容部(7)との間に前記固体の生体試料(3)が位置するように意図され、前記固体の生体試料(3)に適合した表面形状が選択された、少なくとも1つの封止手段(9、13、15)と、
前記収容部(7)および前記封止手段(9、13、15)のうち少なくとも1つに広がり、前記固体の生体試料(3)の劣化を防止するために、急速かつ一様に加熱することによって前記固体の生体試料(3)の二次構造が分解するように前記固体の生体試料(3)への伝熱を可能にするため、熱伝導率と厚さの比率が500W/m2K超となる伝熱部(11)とを含む装置。 - 前記伝熱部(11)の厚さは、3.0mm未満である請求項1に記載の装置。
- 収容部(7)と前記封止手段(9、13、15)の間に形成される間隙が、前記装置の周囲の圧力より低い圧力下にある場合、前記伝熱部(11)の形状をとる請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記封止手段(9、13、15)および前記生体試料運搬装置(5)の少なくとも1つが、前記伝熱部(11)と同じ材料でのみ作製される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記封止手段(9、13、15)の厚さは、0.01〜0.3mmである請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記伝熱部(11)は、ヘパリン、シリカまたは導電性材料のうち少なくとも1つでコーティングされる請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記生体試料運搬装置(5)は、装置ラックに置く手段を備える請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記生体試料運搬装置(5)は、積み重ねる手段を備える請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記収容部(7)は、前記生体試料運搬装置(5)を貫通する貫通孔である請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記封止手段(9、13、15)は、2つの封止部材(13、15)によって構成され、第1の封止部材(13)が前記貫通孔の一方の端部を封止し、第2の封止部材(15)が前記貫通孔の他方の端部を封止する請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記装置(1)は、情報タグ(21)を備える請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記収容部(7)と前記封止手段(9、13、15)との間隙に接続するバルブ(25)をさらに含む請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記バルブと前記間隙との間に、フィルタ(19)をさらに含む請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記伝熱部(11)の表面は、導電性材料で作製される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 生体試料を調整する方法であって、
請求項1に記載の装置の収容部(7)に前記固体の生体試料(3)を置くことと、
前記封止手段(9、13)を封止することと、
