Description
−前記ガス導管の望まれる最小鉛直方向寸法
−調理鍋若しくは容器に対して大きすぎるバーナの幾何学的形状及び寸法
−全体的な供給可能な出力の最大化
の最善の妥協策を適切に提供していない。なぜならば、前記導管(インジェクタ及び関連するベンチュリ管)は、あくまで鉛直方向に延びており、鉛直方向の長さ、ひいては供給可能な熱出力が制限されているからである。
Claims (8)
- ガスバーナであって、複数の同心状の火炎環が提供されるようになっており、
周縁火炎環を提供することができる第1の中央バーナ(6)と、
該第1の中央バーナを、該第1の中央バーナから所定の間隔を置いて取り囲んでおりかつ少なくとも個々の周縁火炎環(9,10)を提供することができる、第2の環状の周縁バーナ(8)と、
調理用コンロ(C)の表面に取り付けられるバーナ本体(1)とが設けられており、
該バーナ本体に、
該バーナ本体と連通した第1のガス入口(11)が設けられており、
第1のガスインジェクタ(12)が設けられており、該第1のガスインジェクタの軸線(X)が鉛直方向に向けられており、
前記中央バーナに、空気・ガス混合物を拡散させるための第1の室と、該第1の室の上縁部に配置された、前記空気・ガス混合物を排出させるための複数のポートとが設けられており、前記中央バーナの上部が第1のカバー(4)によって閉鎖されており、
前記バーナ本体と連通した第2のガス入口(13)が設けられており、前記第2の周縁バーナ(8)に、前記空気・ガス混合物を拡散させるための2つの別個の拡散室(21,22)と、これらの拡散室の関連する上縁部に配置された、前記空気・ガス混合物を排出させるための複数のポート(9,10)とが設けられており、前記周縁バーナ(8)の上部が第2のカバー(3)によって閉鎖されており、前記第2のガス入口(13)が、適切な噴射及び搬送手段を介して、前記2つの別個の拡散室(21,22)と連通している形式のものにおいて、

前記第2のガス入口(13)と連通した2つの別個のインジェクタ(15,16)が設けられており、該2つの別個のインジェクタ(15,16)が前記第2のガス入口(13)の共通の端部(14)の位置に配置され、
水平に配置された2つの個々のベンチュリ管(17,18)が設けられており、各ベンチュリ管が、前記2つの拡散室(21,22)のそれぞれに前記空気・ガス混合物を供給することができるようになっていることを特徴とする、ガスバーナ。 - 前記拡散室が、互いに物理的に分離しておりかつ連通していない、請求項1記載のガスバーナ。
- 前記2つの別個のインジェクタ(15,16)が水平方向に配置されている、請求項1又は2記載のガスバーナ。
- 前記2つの別個のインジェクタ(15,16)が、前記バーナ本体(1)の下側部分に配置されておりかつ前記バーナ本体(1)の実質的に側部に配置されており、バーナ本体の、該側部とは反対側の側部に向けられている、請求項3記載のガスバーナ。
- 前記2つの水平方向のインジェクタが、前記第2のガス入口(13)から、鋭角(g)を成して互いに分離している、請求項4記載のガスバーナ。
- 前記2つのベンチュリ管(17,18)が、前記バーナ本体の鉛直方向の中心軸線(X)に関して対称に配置されている、請求項5記載のガスバーナ。
- 前記2つの拡散室(21,22)に、個々のベンチュリ管(17,18)からの混合流の個々の逸らせ手段(31)が設けられている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のガスバーナ。
- 前記逸らせ手段が、個々のベンチュリ管の端部に配置された、上方に向けられかつ適切に成形されかつ円滑にされた曲げ部によって形成されている、請求項7記載のガスバーナ。
