Description
Claims (13)
- ジェットパイプ(1)の閉鎖された炉空間又は内部空間を加熱するためのバーナにおいて、
排気ガスの熱を利用しながら燃焼空気を加熱するための、再生式排気ガス熱回収のための再生器(11〜16)を有する再生器配列(10)が設けられており、前記再生器のそれぞれが、1つの排気ガス流と1つの燃焼空気流とが少なくとも交互に流れることができる再生器チャネル(17)を有しており、
加熱された燃焼空気を空間(3)内に案内するために再生器配列(10)と連通した少なくとも1つの空気ノズル(7,8)が設けられており、
少なくとも1つのバイパスチャネル(27)が設けられており、該バイパスチャネルによって、再生器チャネル(17)を通らない部分的な排気ガス流が、空間(3)から排気ガス排出装置(6)へ案内されており、再生器(11〜16)がバイパスチャネル(27)に配置されており、部分的な排気ガス流が再生器チャネル(17)を通らずに再生器(11〜16)の外面と接触することを特徴とする、バーナ。 - 再生器(11〜16)が、円筒形の再生器カートリッジであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のバーナ。
- 再生器配列(10)が、変更制御装置(21〜24)を有しており、該変更制御装置によって再生器(11〜16)が、個々に又はグループごとに、熱を取り上げるために排気ガス流へ又は熱を放散するために燃焼空気流へ切り替えられることができることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のバーナ。
- 全ての再生器(11〜16)が、共通のバイパスチャネル(27)に配置されており、排気ガスが、熱を取り上げる間及び熱を放散する間、再生器の周囲を流れることを特徴とする、請求項3記載のバーナ。
- バイパスチャネル(27)に、スロットル装置(32)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のバーナ。
- スロットル装置(32)が、交換可能なオリフィスプレートであることを特徴とする、請求項5記載のバーナ。
- 空気ノズル(7,8)が、使用されている燃料を考慮して火炎の形成を抑制するのに十分である排出速度で燃焼空気の流れを発生することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のバーナ。
- 排出速度が、少なくとも80m/sであることを特徴とする、請求項7記載のバーナ。
- バーナが、バーナを通って燃料ノズル(9)まで延びた少なくとも1つの燃料チャネル(33)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のバーナ。
- 燃料チャネル(33)が空気チャネルを通って延びていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載のバーナ。
- 燃料チャネルが、バイパスチャネルと熱交換することを特徴とする、請求項9記載のバーナ。
- 燃料チャネル及びバイパスチャネル(39)が、向流熱交換器を通って延びていることを特徴とする、請求項11記載のバーナ。
- ジェットパイプの閉鎖された炉空間又は内部空間等の閉鎖された空間を燃料の無炎酸化によって加熱する方法において、
前記空間において再循環流を生ぜしめるために、予熱された空気が、高速で、ジェットの形式で、空間内に送り込まれ、
燃料流が空間内に送り込まれ、
排気ガス流が、排気ガス排出装置によって空間から排気され、前記排気ガス流が、部分的に、再生器配列(10)の少なくとも1つの再生器(11)を通じて案内され、前記再生器が、空気を予熱するために配置されており、前記排気ガス流が、部分的にバイパスチャネルを通って案内されており、バイパスチャネルにおいて案内される部分的な排気ガス流の熱が、少なくとも1つの再生器(11)の外面及び/又は燃料流に伝導されることを特徴とする、空間を燃料の無炎酸化によって加熱する方法。
