Description
Claims (14)
- ゴム製物品を硬化させる方法であって、前記方法は、
高温限度(TH)と低温限度(TL)との間のオートクレーブ内の測定硬化温度(TM)を維持するステップであって、前記THは高温硬化曲線から導き出され、前記TLは低温硬化曲線から導き出されるステップと、
硬化標的A1又はA2を得るステップであって、前記A1は、前記高温硬化曲線と基本温度(TB)との間の面積であり、A2は、前記低温硬化曲線と前記TBとの間の面積であり、前記TBは、前記A1及び前記A2を互いの少なくとも10%以内にするよう選択されるステップと、
測定硬化曲線の下の面積を求めるステップであって、前記測定硬化曲線の下の面積は、前記測定硬化曲線と前記TBとの間の面積であり、前記測定硬化曲線は、経時的な前記測定硬化温度のプロットとして定義されるステップと、
前記測定硬化曲線の下の面積が前記硬化標的に達すると、硬化の完了を指示するステップとを有する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記TBは、前記A1及びA2を互いの5%以内にするよう選択される、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記TBは、前記A1及び前記A2を互いに等しくするよう選択される、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記THと前記TLの差は、10℃〜50℃である、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記THと前記TLの差は、15℃〜70℃である、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ゴム製物品は、タイヤの少なくとも一部である、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ゴム製物品は、タイヤトレッドとタイヤカーカスとの間のクッションゴムである、 請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記THは、前記高温硬化曲線上の最高温度である、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記TLは、前記低温硬化曲線上の最低温度である、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、前記基本温度を得るステップを更に有する、
請求項1記載の方法。 - ゴム製物品を硬化させるシステムであって、前記システムは、
前記ゴム製物品を硬化させるために制御可能に加熱されるチャンバを有するオートクレーブと、
前記オートクレーブの前記チャンバ内の硬化温度の関数として信号を発生させる温度センサと、
前記オートクレーブ内の前記硬化温度を制御するコントローラとを有し、前記コントローラは、プロセッサと、前記プロセッサにより実行可能な命令を記憶しているメモリ型記憶装置とを有し、前記実行可能な命令は、
高温限度(TH)と低温限度(TL)との間の測定硬化温度(TM)を維持する命令を含み、前記THは高温硬化曲線から導き出され、前記TLは低温硬化曲線から導き出され、
硬化標的A1又はA2を得る命令を含み、前記A1は前記高温硬化曲線と基本温度(TB)との間の面積であり、A2は前記低温硬化曲線と前記TBとの間の面積であり、前記TBは前記A1及び前記A2を互いの少なくとも10%以内にするよう選択され、
測定硬化曲線の下の面積を求める命令を含み、前記測定硬化曲線の下の面積は、前記測定硬化曲線と前記TBとの間の面積であり、前記測定硬化曲線は、経時的な前記測定硬化温度のプロットとして定義され、
前記測定硬化曲線の下の面積が前記硬化標的に達すると、硬化の完了を指示する命令を含む、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記TBは、前記A1及びA2を互いの5%以内にするよう選択される、
