Description
メッシュの平均孔寸法及び開口面積率
孔の平均孔面積(mm2)及び開口面積率(%)を、画像解析を備える光顕微鏡検査で測定する。0.5xのNikon WD136 HR Plan Apoレンズ及びステージ光照明器が取り付けられたNikon SMZ1500顕微鏡を使用する。倍率を、約25×20mmの表示画面が得られるように1.0xに設定する。透過光画像は、Evolution MP Color Digital Camera(Media Cybernetics,Bethesda,MD)を使用して得られ、ImageJソフトウェア、バージョン1.42(NIH,Bethesda,MD)を使用して処理される。同等の機器を使用してもよい。
TexTest FX 3000 Hydrostatic Head Tester、又は等価物を使用して、EDANA/INDA Worldwide Strategic Partners Method WSP 80.6(50)で説明するように、静水頭部の試験を行う。試験を、23±2℃の水温で100cm2の試験用水頭を使用して行う。試験を、2kPa/分(20mbar/分)の速度で圧力が上昇するように変更する。個別の3滴が試験片の表面上に形成されてから、試験を終了して圧力を記録する。これらの3滴は、3つの異なる浸透孔に形成されなければならず、クランプの縁部から少なくとも6mm離れて生じなければならない。
洗濯のサイクルでは、外側カバー等の吸収性物品の構成要素は、以下に列記する選択されたパラメータ及び偏差で、AATCC(American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists)の試験方法124−2001のプロトコルに準拠して、洗濯機にかけて洗い乾燥機で乾かされる。
Claims (10)
- 耐水性材料と、
連続した内部空間を形成するように前記耐水性材料に接合された透水性材料と、
前記透水性材料が前記耐水性材料内に閉じ込められているという第1の構造と、
前記透水性材料が露出されているという第2の構造と、
前記連続した内部空間にアクセスするための第1の開口部と、
前記透水性材料を露出させるための第2の開口部と、
を備えた袋。 - 前記第2の開口部は、開放位置と閉鎖位置とを有する閉鎖体を含んでおり、
前記閉鎖体は、前記閉鎖位置にあるときに、前記袋を前記第1の構造で保持する、請求項1に記載の袋。 - 前記連続した内部空間内の前記透水性材料と前記耐水性材料との間に漏斗を更に含んでいる、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の袋。
- 前記連続した内部空間は、前記第1の構造で液体に対して耐性を有しており、前記第2の構造で液体に対して透過性を有している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の袋。
- 前記耐水性材料と前記透水性材料との間に少なくとも1つのコンパートメント間の締結具を更に含んでいる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の袋。
- 当該袋を丸められた構造又は折り畳まれた構造で保持するための閉鎖体を更に含んでいる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の袋。
- 当該袋は、第1の外側表面と、当該第1の外側表面の反対側に第2の外側表面と、を有しており、
前記第1の外側表面及び前記第2の外側表面の少なくとも一方は、吸収性物品を保持するための連結具を含んでいる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の袋。 - 前記耐水性材料は、透水性材料及びフィルムからなる積層体を含んでいる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の袋。
- 前記透水性材料は、メッシュ又は網を含んでおり、
前記メッシュ又は網は、少なくとも2mm 2 の平均孔寸法を有している、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の袋。 - 請求項1に記載の袋と、1つ以上の再利用可能な吸収性物品構成要素と、を備えたキット。
