Claims (7)
- ポリシリコン破片を配量し包装するための方法において、ポリシリコン破片の製品流を、搬送トラフを介して搬送し、少なくとも1つの篩を用いて粗い破片流と微細な破片流とに分離し、配量秤量機を用いて秤量し、目標重量にまで配量し、排出トラフを介して導出し、包装ユニットへと搬送し、該包装ユニットにおいて、ポリシリコン破片を第1のプラスチックバッグに充填し、該第1のプラスチックバッグを閉鎖し、ポリシリコン破片を有する該第1のプラスチックバッグを、成形機を用いて成形した第2のプラスチックバッグ内に包装し、次いで該第2のプラスチックバッグを溶接し、少なくとも1つの篩と、配量秤量機とが、表面に少なくとも部分的に硬質合金を有しており、前記第2のプラスチックバッグを成形する成形機が、耐摩耗性のコーティングを有しており、
前記成形機の前記耐摩耗性のコーティングが、チタンナイトライド、チタンカーバイド、アルミニウムチタンナイトライド、およびDLCから成る群から選択され、かつ、
前記粗い破片流および前記微細な破片流は、前記配量秤量機によりそれぞれ別々に秤量され目標重量まで配量される
ことを特徴とする、ポリシリコン破片を配量し包装するための方法。 - ポリシリコンを垂直方向で第1のプラスチックバッグ内に導入する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1のプラスチックバッグを水平方向で第2のプラスチックバッグ内に導入する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- プラスチックバッグの皺のない成形のために、チューブ前成形機、フィルムスプレッダまたはプラスチックバッグ内に空気を吹き込むために適した装置、またはこれら3つのエレメントの組合せを使用する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ポリシリコン破片の製品流に含まれる、包装されないことが望ましい微細な材料を、篩を用いて製品流から分離し、製造プロセス内で再処理する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 成形され水平方向に配置されたフィルムチューブを下方および上方から配置された成形管により平坦に押圧する、請求項3から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 第2のプラスチックバッグを、搬送ベルト上で2つの溶接ジョーを用いて溶接し、第1のプラスチックバッグが第2のプラスチックバッグ内で既に形成された溶接シームにまで滑動するまで搬送ベルトを降下させ、次いで溶接ジョーを閉じる、請求項3から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
