Claims (19)
- ルカントンを含み、ペメトレキセドとの同時及び/又は逐次的投与により癌を処置するための医薬組成物であって、当該ルカントンおよび当該ペメトレキセドが治療的有効量で投与される、医薬組成物。
- 癌を処置するための医薬を製造するためのルカントンの使用であって、当該ルカントンはペメトレキセドと組み合わせて用いるためのものであり、当該ルカントンおよび当該ペメトレキセドが治療的有効量で投与される、使用。
- 前記ルカントンおよび前記ペメトレキセドが同時に投与される、請求項1に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記ルカントンおよび前記ペメトレキセドが逐次的に投与される、請求項1に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記ルカントンおよび前記ペメトレキセドが、互いの3時間以内に投与される、請求項4に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記ルカントンおよび前記ペメトレキセドが、互いの2時間以内に投与される、請求項4に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記ルカントンおよび前記ペメトレキセドが、互いの1時間以内に投与される、請求項4に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記癌が、肺癌である、請求項1及び3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記肺癌が、非小細胞肺癌である、請求項8に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記治療的有効量のルカントンおよび前記治療的有効量のペメトレキセドが、1日1回投与されるか、または1日2回以上の投与に分割される、請求項1及び3〜9のいずれか1項に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記1日2回以上の投与が、1日2回の投与である、請求項10に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記ルカントンおよび前記ペメトレキセドが、経口投与される、請求項1及び3〜11のいずれか1項に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記ルカントンおよび前記ペメトレキセドが、非経口投与される、請求項1及び3〜11のいずれか1項に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記ルカントンおよび前記ペメトレキセドが、カプセル剤または錠剤の形で投与される、請求項1及び3〜12のいずれか1項に記載の医薬組成物。
