Description
Claims (15)
- 溶解された酸性ガスを脱離することによって溶媒を再生する方法であって、
再生器頂部および再生器底部生成物を生成するために、溶媒に含まれる酸性ガスの脱離に使用されるストリッピング媒体として水蒸気を使用して、再生器内で溶媒をストリッピングするステップと、
水蒸気を多く含む蒸気相を生成するために、浸透気化装置に再生器底部生成物の少なくとも一部分を通過させるステップと、
ストリッピング媒体の少なくとも一部を供給するために、ストリッピング媒体として前記蒸気相を再生器の底部部分に供給するステップとを含む、方法。 - 浸透気化装置を横切る圧力勾配を生成するために、浸透気化装置の上流の浸透気化装置を通過する再生器底部生成物の部分の圧力を、浸透気化装置を通過しない部分に対して増加させ、かつ浸透気化装置の下流にある真空装置を操作するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 再生器への蒸気相の供給に先立って、蒸気相を圧縮するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 蒸気相を圧縮するステップが、圧縮器またはエジェクタの使用を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 蒸気相中の水蒸気の量が、再生器中の溶媒の所望の度合いでの再生に必要な水蒸気の量と等しくなるように、浸透気化装置を通過する再生器底部生成物の前記一部分が選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 再生器底部生成物の前記一部分が、再生器底部生成物全体の70vol%から100vol%の間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶媒がアミン系溶媒である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶媒に含まれる酸性ガスを脱離することによって溶媒を再生する溶媒再生システムであって、
再生器頂部および再生器底部生成物を生成するために、溶媒に含まれる酸性ガスの脱離に使用されるストリッピング媒体として水蒸気を利用することができるように構成された、水蒸気再生器と、
水蒸気を多く含む蒸気相を生成するために、再生器底部生成物の少なくとも一部分を浸透気化装置に供給することができるようにするため、水蒸気再生器に流体的に接続された浸透気化装置と、
ストリッピング媒体の少なくとも一部を供給するために、浸透気化装置と流体的に接続され、かつ蒸気相を再生器の底部部分に供給することができるように構成されている、導管とを含む、溶媒再生システム。 - 浸透気化装置を横切る圧力勾配の生成を可能にするために、浸透気化装置と流体的に上流に接続されたポンプと、浸透気化装置と流体的に下流に接続された真空ポンプとをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の再生システム。
- 浸透気化装置と流体的に接続され、水蒸気再生器への圧縮ストリームとして蒸気相を供給するように構成された、圧縮器をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の再生システム。
- 浸透気化装置からの保持物と、浸透気化装置を通過しなかった再生器底部生成物の別の部分との混合を可能にする導管をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の再生システム。
- 水性溶媒に含まれる酸性ガスを脱離することによって再生される水性溶媒からなる再生器底部生成物を生成するように構成された水蒸気再生器に、水性溶媒に含まれる酸性ガスの脱離に使用されるストリッピング媒体として水蒸気を供給する方法であって、水蒸気浸透物を形成するために、浸透気化装置を横切って再生器底部生成物の一部分を通過させ、かつ水蒸気浸透物を水蒸気再生器にストリッピング媒体として供給するステップを含む、方法。
- 前記浸透気化装置を通過する一部分が、外部の水または水蒸気源を必要とせずに操作可能となるように選択される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 混合リーン溶媒を形成するために、浸透気化装置を通過しない再生器底部生成物の別の部分を浸透気化装置からの保持物と混合するステップをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 混合リーン溶媒を吸収器に供給するステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
