また、本発明は、金属ナノ粒子クラスター、金属ナノ粒子クラスターを用いた標識材料、金属ナノ粒子クラスターを用いたイムノクロマトグラフィーキット、金属ナノ粒子クラスターの製造方法、金属ナノ粒子クラスターを用いた標識材料の製造方法および金属ナノ粒子クラスターを用いたイムノクロマトグラフィーキットの製造方法に関する発明であるが、説明の重複を避けるために、以下の説明において、たとえば金属ナノ粒子クラスターの製造の説明で金属ナノ粒子クラスターや金属ナノ粒子クラスターを用いたイムノクロマトグラフィーキットのような製品の部分的な説明も兼ねるなど、誤解を生じない範囲において、1つの形態の説明で他の形態の説明も兼ねることがある。
さらに、特許文献1に記載されている例では、リンカーとしてSPDPを用いているが、SPDPの市販価格が100mgあたり38800円であることと比較すると、本発明の材料コストがきわめて安く、ワンポットで製造できることと併せて、本発明による金属ナノ粒子クラスター、それを用いた標識材料およびイムノクロマトグラフィーキットの製造コストがきわめて安いことが明確である。

Claims (7)
- 金属ナノ粒子コロイドに、一方の端末にイオウ化合物のイオウ原子を介して金属ナノ粒子の表面と安定して結合する官能基を有しているとともに、他方の端末にカルボキシル基とそのα位にアミノ基がある化学構造を有している化合物を表面修飾剤かつリンカー用化合物として作用させて表面を修飾した金属ナノ粒子を複数個集合させてクラスター化させたことを特徴とする金属ナノ粒子クラスター。
- 請求項1に記載の金属ナノ粒子クラスターにおいて、前記表面修飾剤かつリンカー用化合物がシステインであることを特徴とする金属ナノ粒子クラスター。
- 請求項1または2に記載の金属ナノ粒子クラスターにおいて、前記金属ナノ粒子クラスターの吸収スペクトルが、波長が600nmの近傍に吸光度のピーク値を有することを特徴とする金属ナノ粒子クラスター。
- 請求項3に記載の金属ナノ粒子クラスタにおいて、前記金属ナノ粒子クラスターの吸収スペクトル−波長特性曲線が、波長が410nmの近傍に吸収スペクトルの吸光度の第1のピークを有し、波長が600nmの近傍に吸収スペクトルの吸光度の第2のピークを有しているとともに、前記第1のピークと第2のピークの間の吸光度がクラスター化されていない銀ナノ粒子の吸光度より大きいことを特徴とする金属ナノ粒子クラスター。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の金属ナノ粒子クラスターにおいて、前記金属ナノ粒子クラスターを構成する金属ナノ粒子の周囲に前記表面修飾剤かつリンカー用化合物とは異なる物質の分散剤が存在することを特徴とする金属ナノ粒子クラスター。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の金属ナノ粒子クラスターを呈色材料に用いたことを特徴とする金属ナノ粒子クラスターを用いた標識材料。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の金属ナノ粒子クラスターをイムノクロマトグラフィーキット用標識材料に用いたことを特徴とする金属ナノ粒子クラスターを用いたイムノクロマトグラフィーキット。
