Claims (6)
- トレランスストリップであって、
波形要素が形成された弾性材料のストリップからなり、前記波形要素が、前記ストリップの全幅にわたって横方向に延在し、前記波形要素が隣接した波形要素の間の谷と共に頂きを画定し、前記波形要素の中央部分が、前記ストリップにわたって実質的に均一な高さからなり、前記ストリップの長手方向の各エッジに隣接した波形要素の部分が、前記ストリップのエッジに向かって高さが減少しており、前記ストリップのエッジにおける前記頂きの高さが、前記ストリップの中央部分における頂きと谷の高さの中間である、トレランスストリップ。 - 前記波形要素の谷および/または頂きが前記ストリップの長手方向に平坦である、請求項1に記載のトレランスストリップ。
- 前記ストリップが、金属材料または合金材料から形成される、請求項1又は2に記載のトレランスストリップ。
- 前記ストリップがプレス加工により形成される、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のトレランスストリップ。
- 前記ストリップが、成形したローラの間でプレス加工される、請求項4に記載のトレランスストリップ。
- 前記ストリップが、鋳造により形成される、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のトレランスストリップ。
