Claims (7)
- 量制御弁(30)が第1制御値(66)による制御時に閉鎖状態(62)となり、第2制御値(64)による制御時に開放状態(60)となることを可能にする、量制御弁(30)を制御するための方法において、
制御信号が前記量制御弁(30)の閉鎖時点(104)後から高圧ポンプ(16)の上死点(120)または排出弁(32)の開放時点(122)の前まで継続的に前記第2制御値(64)となり、
前記上死点(120)または前記排出弁(32)の前記開放時点(122)の前に制御信号を前記第1制御値(66)まで上昇させ、
制御信号を第1時点(82)の第1信号値(77)から第2時点(83)の第2信号値(78)に降下させ、
前記制御信号を前記第2時点(83)の前記第2信号値(78)から第3時点(84)の前記第2制御値(64)まで降下させ、
前記量制御弁(30)が、前記第1時点(82)で閉鎖状態となり、前記第2時点(83)で、開き始め、前記第3時点(84)で完全に開くことができるようにし、
前記第1信号値(77)を超える制御信号で前記量制御弁(30)を前記閉鎖状態(62)とし、
第2信号値(78)を下回る制御信号では前記量制御弁(30)が前記閉鎖状態(62)とならないようにし、
前記第2時点(83)と前記第1時点(82)との間に第1の時間間隔(86)を設け、および/または
前記第2時点(83)と前記第3時点(84)との間に時間間隔(88)を設け、
前記第1時点(82)および/または前記第2時点(83)を、前記高圧ポンプ(16)の前記上死点(120)または前記排出弁(32)の前記開放時点(122)の後に設けることを特徴する、量制御弁(30)を制御するための方法。 - 前記第3時点(84)と前記第2時点(83)との間の時間間隔(88)を、前記第2制御値(64)による制御信号で前記量制御弁(30)が閉鎖のために必要とする時間よりも1係数だけ長くする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2時点(83)と前記第1時点(82)との間の時間間隔(86)を、前記第2制御値(64)による制御信号で前記量制御弁(30)が閉鎖のために必要とする時間よりも2係数だけ長くする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記量制御弁(30)を電磁式のアクチュエータ装置(34)と組み合わせ、前記制御信号の前記第1制御値(66)を前記アクチュエータ装置(34)の通電状態に対応させ、前記制御信号の前記第2制御値(64)を非通電状態に対応させる、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の方法で使用するためにプログラミングされていることを特徴とするコンピュータプログラム。
- 燃料ポンプ(12)と高圧ポンプ(16)の圧送室(28)との間に量制御弁(30)が設けられた燃料噴射システム(10)を制御および/または調整するための装置(54)のための電子記憶媒体において、
該電子記憶媒体に、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の方法で使用するためのコンピュータプログラムが記憶されていることを特徴とする、電子記憶媒体。 - 請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の方法で使用するようにプログラミングされていることを特徴とする、燃料ポンプ(12)と高圧ポンプ(16)の圧送室(28)との間に量制御弁(30)が設けられた燃料噴射システム(10)を制御および/または調整するための装置。
