Description
本発明の第1の実施形態について図1乃至図10を参照して説明する。図1は、本実施形態の超音波処置装置1を示す図である。図1に示すように、超音波処置装置1は、中心軸Cを有する。ここで、中心軸Cに平行な2方向の一方を先端方向(図1の矢印C1の方向)とし、先端方向と反対方向を基端方向(図1の矢印C2の方向)とする。超音波処置装置1は、振動発生ユニット2と、基端から先端まで中心軸Cに沿って延設される超音波プローブ3とを備える。なお、図1、図3、図4、図10では、理解の容易のため、超音波プローブ3の湾曲を誇張して図示している。そのため、実際の超音波プローブ3における湾曲の大きさとは異なる。
なお、第1の実施形態では、基端側プローブ構成部23は、第2のY軸方向側にX軸に対して傾斜する状態で、屈曲位置B1においてプローブ本体部21に対して屈曲するが、これに限るものではない。例えば、第1の変形例として図11に示すように、屈曲位置B2において、基端側プローブ構成部23をプローブ本体部21に対して屈曲させてもよい。なお、図11は、理解の容易のため、超音波プローブ3の湾曲を誇張して図示している。そのため、実際の超音波プローブ3における湾曲の大きさとは異なる。
Claims (8)
- 長手方向に平行なX軸、前記X軸に直交するY軸、及び、前記X軸に直交し、かつ、前記Y軸に直交するZ軸を規定した場合に、前記X軸と前記Z軸によって規定されるX−Z平面を中心として非対称な形状の先端非対称部が先端方向側の部位に設けられ、基端から先端まで中心軸に沿って延設されるとともに、超音波振動が伝達されることにより振動方向が前記中心軸に対して平行な縦振動を行うことが可能な超音波プローブの製造方法であって、
前記超音波プローブを前記縦振動させることにより前記先端非対称部の前記非対称な前記形状に起因して前記縦振動に重畳される第1の横振動であって、振動方向が前記X軸及び前記Y軸によって規定されるX−Y平面に対して平行で、かつ、前記中心軸に対して垂直な前記第1の横振動を解析することと、
前記X−Y平面に平行で、かつ、前記X軸に対して傾斜する状態に、前記超音波プローブの基端方向側の部位を屈曲させる屈曲位置であって、前記屈曲位置で屈曲させた状態で前記超音波プローブを前記縦振動させることにより、波長及び振動方向が前記第1の横振動と同一で、かつ、前記第1の横振動とは逆位相の第2の横振動が前記超音波プローブにおいて前記縦振動及び前記第1の横振動に重畳される前記屈曲位置を特定することと、
特定された前記屈曲位置で前記超音波プローブを屈曲させ、前記中心軸が前記X軸に対して屈曲する基端側プローブ構成部を形成することと、
を具備する製造方法。 - 前記対称部を屈曲させることは、前記第1の横振動の第1の振幅と前記第2の横振動の第2の振幅とが同一となる状態に、前記屈曲位置での前記基端側プローブ構成部の前記X軸に対する屈曲角度を調整すること備える、請求項1の製造方法。
- 前記超音波プローブの前記先端非対称部では、前記Y軸に平行な方向の一方である第1のY軸方向に前記先端非対称部の重心が前記X軸から離間して位置し、
前記超音波プローブにおいて前記屈曲位置を特定することは、前記基端側プローブ構成部が前記第1のY軸方向とは反対方向である第2のY軸方向側に前記X軸に対して傾斜する状態に、前記屈曲位置を特定することを備える、
請求項1の製造方法。 - 前記超音波プローブにおいて前記屈曲位置を特定することは、前記中心軸に沿った前記先端非対称部の基端と前記基端側プローブ構成部の先端との間の第1の寸法が、前記基端側プローブ構成部の前記中心軸に沿った第2の寸法より大きくなる状態に、前記屈曲位置を特定することを備える、
請求項1の製造方法。 - 基端から先端まで中心軸に沿って延設され、超音波振動が伝達されることにより振動方向が前記中心軸に対して平行な縦振動を行うことが可能な超音波プローブであって、
長手方向に平行なX軸、前記X軸に直交するY軸、及び、前記X軸に直交し、かつ、前記Y軸に直交するZ軸を規定した場合に、前記中心軸が前記X軸に同軸で、前記X軸と前記Z軸によって規定されるX−Z平面を中心として対称な形状のプローブ本体部と、
前記プローブ本体部より前記先端方向側に設けられ、前記X−Z平面を中心として非対称な形状の先端非対称部であって、前記先端非対称部の前記非対称な前記形状に起因して、前記超音波プローブを前記縦振動させることにより振動方向が前記X軸及び前記Y軸によって規定されるX−Y平面に対して平行で、かつ、前記中心軸に対して垂直である第1の横振動が前記超音波プローブにおいて前記縦振動に重畳される先端非対称部と、
前記プローブ本体部より前記基端方向側に設けられ、前記X−Y平面に平行で、かつ、前記X軸に対して傾斜する状態で屈曲位置において前記プローブ本体部に対して屈曲する基端側プローブ構成部であって、前記屈曲位置で前記プローブ本体部に対して前記基端側プローブ構成部が屈曲することに起因して、前記超音波プローブを前記縦振動させることにより、波長及び振動方向が前記第1の横振動と同一で、かつ、前記第1の横振動とは逆位相の第2の横振動が前記超音波プローブにおいて前記縦振動及び前記第1の横振動に重畳される基端側プローブ構成部と、
を具備する超音波プローブ。 - 前記基端側プローブ構成部は、前記第1の横振動の第1の振幅と前記第2の横振動の第2の振幅とを同一にする屈曲角度で、前記屈曲位置において前記プローブ本体部に対して屈曲する、請求項5の超音波プローブ。
- 前記先端非対称部は、前記Y軸に平行な方向の一方である第1のY軸方向に重心が前記X軸から離間して位置し、
前記基端側プローブ構成部は、前記第1のY軸方向とは反対方向である第2のY軸方向側に前記X軸に対して傾斜する状態で、前記屈曲位置で前記プローブ本体部に対して屈曲する、
請求項5の超音波プローブ。 - 前記基端側プローブ構成部は、前記超音波プローブの前記基端から前記中心軸に沿って延設され、
前記プローブ本体部の前記中心軸に沿った第1の寸法は、前記基端側プローブ構成部の前記中心軸に沿った第2の寸法より大きい、
