Description
(a)5000〜25000g/モルの範囲の重量平均分子量Mw及び20meq/kg以下のアミン末端基(ATG)又はカルボキシル末端基(CTG)濃度を有する溶融状態のポリアミド樹脂を含む組成物を少なくとも1つの補強用布帛に含浸させる工程;並びに
(b)複合物品を冷却して回収する工程:
を含む、前記製造方法にある。
・PAC2(比較例):130のVN及び33000g/モルのMwを有する標準的な線状ポリアミド6.6。
・PAC3(比較例):59のVN、15500g/モルのMw並びに130meq/kgのATG含有率及び160meq/kgのCTG含有率を有するポリアミド6.6。
・PA1:アジピン酸を重合に追加することによって得られ、40のVN、11000g/モルのMw、0meq/kgのATG含有率及び445meq/kgのCTG含有率を有するポリアミド6.6。
・PA2:アジピン酸を重合に追加することによって得られ、47のVN、12700g/モルのMw、0meq/kgのATG含有率及び354meq/kgのCTG含有率を有するポリアミド6.6。
Claims (11)
- 成形による複合物品の製造方法であって、少なくとも次の工程:
(a)5000〜25000g/モルの範囲の重量平均分子量Mw及び20meq/kg以下のアミン末端基(ATG)又はカルボキシル末端基(CTG)濃度を有する溶融状態のポリアミド樹脂を含む組成物を少なくとも1つの補強用布帛に含浸させる工程;並びに
(b)複合物品を冷却して回収する工程:
を含み、
前記ポリアミド樹脂が少なくとも1種の直鎖状脂肪族ジカルボン酸と脂肪族若しくは環状ジアミンとの重縮合又は少なくとも1種の芳香族ジカルボン酸と脂肪族若しくは芳香族ジアミンとの間の重縮合によって得られるポリアミドである、前記製造方法。 - 前記ポリアミド樹脂が10000〜15000g/モルの範囲の重量平均分子量Mwを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアミド樹脂が10meq/kg以下、好ましくは5meq/kg以下のアミン末端基(ATG)又はカルボキシル末端基(CTG)濃度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記のアミン末端基(ATG)又はカルボキシル末端基(CTG)濃度が0meq/kgであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記の補強用布帛のポリアミド組成物による含浸を、溶融状態のポリアミド組成物を補強用布帛と接触させることによって実施することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1以上の補強用布帛を入れた成形チャンバー中に溶融ポリアミド樹脂を注入することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記の補強用布帛のポリアミド組成物による含浸を、補強用布帛と粉体又はフィルムの形のポリアミド組成物とを接触させ、次いでこのポリアミド組成物を溶融させることによって実施することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記物品が物品の総体積に対して25〜70体積%の補強用布帛を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記補強用布帛が炭素、ガラス、アラミド、ポリイミド、亜麻、麻、サイザル、コイア、黄麻、ケナフ及び/又はそれらの混合物のヤーン及び/又はファイバーから選択される補強用ヤーン及び/又はファイバーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法によって得ることができる物品。
- 少なくとも1つの補強用布帛を含む複合物品の製造のための、5000〜25000g/モルの範囲の重量平均分子量Mw及び20meq/kg以下のアミン末端基(ATG)又はカルボキシル末端基(CTG)濃度を有する溶融状態のポリアミド樹脂を含む組成物の使用であって、
前記ポリアミド樹脂が少なくとも1種の直鎖状脂肪族ジカルボン酸と脂肪族若しくは環状ジアミンとの重縮合又は少なくとも1種の芳香族ジカルボン酸と脂肪族若しくは芳香族ジアミンとの間の重縮合によって得られるポリアミドである、前記使用。
