Claims (3)
- 二次電池を収納するケースと、
前記ケースの分解を検出する分解検出手段と、
前記分解検出手段が前記ケースの分解を検出したことを分解情報として記憶する記憶手段と、
前記二次電池の充放電を制御する制御手段が設けられた基板と
を有し、
前記基板は、前記二次電池と共に前記ケースに収納され、
前記分解検出手段は、
前記ケースに固定された第1のスイッチ部材と、
前記基板及び前記二次電池の一方に設けられて前記第1のスイッチ部材と接触する第2のスイッチ部材とを有し、
前記第1のスイッチ部材と前記第2のスイッチ部材とが離間することで前記ケースの分解を検出することを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記分解検出手段が前記ケースの分解を検出した後においても、前記制御手段は、前記二次電池の充放電を許容することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記分解検出手段が前記ケースの分解を検出したとき、前記制御手段は、前記二次電池の充放電を禁止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。
