Claims (13)
- 液体成分および固体成分を混合するための保存および混合装置であって、
第1のチャンバを備え、前記第1のチャンバは、固体成分を含有し、開口可能な分離部(203)によって液体成分を含有する第2のチャンバから分離され、
前記第1のチャンバは負圧源のための接続部(118)を備え、圧力差により駆動可能な混合器(102)が前記第1のチャンバに配置され、
前記第1のチャンバはプランジャ空間であり、プランジャ(101)が、前記プランジャ空間を第1のプランジャ空間部分(103)および第2のプランジャ空間部分(104)に細分し、遮断機構(105)を備え、該遮断機構(105)は、前記プランジャの転換点で切り替えられ、開口状態において、前記第1のプランジャ空間部分(103)を前記第2のプランジャ空間部分(104)に接続し、前記負圧源のための前記接続部(118)が、前記第2のプランジャ空間部分(104)に配置され、弾性復元構造要素(107)が、前記プランジャ(101)と、該プランジャと対向している前記第2のプランジャ空間部分(104)の隔壁(111)との間に配置され、ガス供給口(109)が、前記第1のプランジャ空間部分(103)に配置され、混合機構(117)が前記プランジャ(101)に接続される、保存および混合装置。 - 前記第1のチャンバが固体成分として粉末を含有し、前記第2のチャンバが骨セメントを生成するための液体成分としてモノマー液体を含有する、請求項1に記載の保存および混合装置。
- 前記第1のチャンバに配置される前記混合器(102)が負圧源により駆動される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の保存および混合装置。
- 前記第1のチャンバと前記第2のチャンバとの間の分離部が、前記負圧源により形成される圧力差のために、直接または間接的に機械的手段により開口できる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の保存および混合装置。
- 真空がガス出口(118)に接続される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の保存および混合装置。
- 遮断機構(105)として回転バルブを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の保存および混合装置。
- 2つのピン(110)が、前記回転バルブの外周に取り付けられ、前記回転バルブの回転軸から互いに対して180°未満の角度で配置される、請求項6に記載の保存および混合装置。
- ねじ棒(113)が、プランジャ(101)および混合機構(117)を互いに接続し、第2のプランジャ空間部分(104)を通して延び、前記ねじ棒(113)が回転継ぎ手(114)により前記プランジャ(101)に接続され、前記ねじ棒(113)のねじ山(115)が固定ペグ(119)により係合される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の保存および混合装置。
- 前記分離部(203)が、圧力差により開口できる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の保存および混合装置。
- 容器(202)が前記第2のチャンバに配置され、前記分離部が、開口器により開口でき、前記開口器が、ベアリングにおけるように、移動できるように前記第2のチャンバにおいて支持され、圧力差により移動できる、請求項9に記載の保存および混合装置。
- 前記開口器が、移動できるように支持される、乳棒、特に円筒形乳棒を含む、請求項10に記載の保存および混合装置。
- 移動する前記乳棒(209)が、前記容器(202)の一部を切断開口するように誘導するためのフォーク形状の誘導部を備え、および/または前記乳棒(209)の内側が傾斜している、請求項11に記載の保存および混合装置。
- 容器(202)が、モノマー液体を収容するためのアンプルであり、前記保存および混合装置が、容器(202)と第1のチャンバとの間に接続ライン(122)を備える、請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の保存および混合装置。
