Description

Claims (21)
- 穿刺装置であって、
長手方向軸に沿って配置される離間した近位端と遠位端とを有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、かつ前記長手方向軸に沿って移動するように構成された可動部材と、
前記ハウジング内に部分的に配置され、かつ前記可動部材と一体として移動可能なように前記可動部材に接続されるカラーと、
前記カラーに接続されるランセットと、
前記カラーに接続される回転可能なリングと、
前記回転可能なリング及び前記カラーの両方によって保持され、その結果、前記ハウジングに対して回転可能であり、前記カラーが前記長手方向軸に沿って前記遠位端まで移動するときに、前記カラーのための複数のストッパ表面を提供する、ランセットの深さ調整部材と、を含む穿刺装置。 - 前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記可動部材を部分的に取り囲んで前記可動部材の移動のガイドを提供するシャーシと、
前記シャーシ内に位置付けられて、前記可動部材を前記遠位端に向かう方向に付勢する第1の付勢部材と、を更に含む、請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。 - 前記可動部材が、前記遠位端に向かって前記長手方向軸から離れる方向に延びる複数のアームを含み、前記複数のアームの1つが、前記ハウジングの内表面上に形成されたボスを係合して、起動準備位置において前記可動部材を前記第1の付勢部材に対して保持するように構成される、請求項2に記載の穿刺装置。
- 前記ハウジングが共に連結される2つの部分を備える、請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。
- 前記シャーシが、前記第1のハウジングに接続される位置決めバンドに連結される一体部材を含み、前記シャーシは、前記長手方向軸に沿って前記一体部材を通って延びて、前記シャーシの内部から前記第1のハウジングの内部までの連通を可能とする少なくとも1つの長手方向溝を有する、請求項2に記載の穿刺装置。
- 前記可動部材を前記近位端に向かう方向に付勢するように構成された第2の付勢部材を更に含む、請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。
- 前記可動部材が、前記長手方向溝を通って延びる少なくとも1つのリターンアームを含み、その結果、前記可動部材は前記少なくとも1つのリターンアームによって前記長手方向溝によって画定された経路に沿って誘導される、請求項6に記載の穿刺装置。
- 前記第2の付勢部材が、前記シャーシの外部に配置され、かつ前記少なくとも1つのリターンアームに連結されるつる巻きバネを含む、請求項7に記載の穿刺装置。
- 前記第1の付勢部材が、バネ、磁石、又はこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の穿刺装置。
- 前記ハウジング内に配置されて、前記カラーを前記遠位方向に向けて前記長手方向軸に沿って付勢する第3の付勢部材を更に備える、請求項7に記載の穿刺装置。
- 穿刺装置であって、
長手方向軸に沿って配置される離間した近位端と遠位端とを有する第1のハウジングと、
前記第1のハウジングと固定した関係で前記第1のハウジング内に配置される第2のハウジングと、
前記第2のハウジング内に配置され、かつ前記長手方向軸に沿って移動するように構成された可動部材と、
前記第2のハウジング内に位置付けられて、前記可動部材を前記遠位端に向かう方向に付勢する付勢部材と、
前記可動部材と一体として前記長手方向軸に沿って移動するように、前記可動部材に接続されるランセットと、
前記長手方向軸の周囲に半径方向に配置される複数のストッパ表面を有する深さ調整部材と、
前記第1のハウジングの内側表面、及び前記深さ調整部材の内側表面と係合して、回転可能な係止リングの1つの半径方向位置において前記深さ調整部材を前記第1のハウジングに保持し、かつ前記長手方向軸に対する前記回転可能な係止リングの別の半径方向位置において前記深さ調整部材の解除を可能にする、前記回転可能な係止リングと、を含む、穿刺装置。 - 前記深さ調整部材が、概ね前記長手方向軸に沿って延びる少なくとも1つの係止指状突起を含む、請求項11に記載の穿刺装置。
- 前記可動部材が、概ね前記長手方向軸に沿って延び、かつ前記ハウジングの内表面上に形成されたボスを係合して、起動準備位置において前記可動を第1の付勢部材に対して保持するように構成された、少なくとも1つの作動アームを含む、請求項11に記載の穿刺装置。
- 前記第1のハウジング内に部分的に配置され、かつ前記ランセットの一部分を取り囲むように構成され、前記可動部材と係合している円筒形カラーを更に含む、請求項11に記載の穿刺装置。
- 前記第1のハウジングが共に連結される2つの部分を含む、請求項11に記載の穿刺装置。
- 前記第2のハウジングが、前記第1のハウジングに接続される位置決めバンドに連結される一体部材を備え、前記長手方向軸に沿って前記一体部材を通って延びて、前記第2のハウジングの内部から前記第1のハウジングの内部までの連通を可能とする少なくとも1つの長手方向溝を有する、請求項11に記載の穿刺装置。
- 前記可動部材を前記近位端に向かう方向に付勢するように構成された第2の付勢部材を更に含む、請求項11に記載の穿刺装置。
- 前記可動部材が、前記長手方向溝を通って延びる少なくとも1つのリターンアームを含み、その結果、前記可動部材は前記少なくとも1つのリターンアームによって前記長手方向溝によって画定された経路に沿って誘導される、請求項16に記載の穿刺装置。
- 前記第2の付勢部材が、前記シャーシの外部に配置され、かつ前記少なくとも1つのリターンアームに連結されるつる巻きバネを含む、請求項17に記載の穿刺装置。
- 前記第1の付勢部材が、バネ、磁石、又はこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項13に記載の穿刺装置。
- 穿刺装置であって、
長手方向軸に沿って配置される離間した近位端と遠位端とを有し、その外側表面上にいずれの作動装置又はボタンも有さないハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、かつ前記長手方向軸に沿って移動するように構成された可動部材と、
前記可動部材に接続されるランセットと、
前記ランセットを包囲し、前記長手方向軸に沿った予め定めた位置において、複数の指状突起が前記可動部材を係合離脱して前記可動部材を前記遠位端に向かうのと反対方向に移動させ、それにより前記キャップを介して前記ランセットを延ばせることができるように、前記長手方向軸に沿って延びて前記可動部材を係合し、かつ付勢力に対して前記可動部材を前記近位端に向けて移動させる複数の指状突起を有する、キャップと、を含む穿刺装置。
