Description
上記事項に鑑み、かつ本発明の一態様に従って、体液中の被検体を検査する検査装置用アダプタを提供する。このアダプタは、ハウジング、ランセットを保持するとともに利用者の皮膚に押し込むランセット駆動列を備えたランセット組立体、検査片を保持する検査口、およびハウジングを検査装置に連結するハウジング連結器、を備えている。
なるべくは、アダプタが更に体液のサンプルを滲出させるのに役立つ圧力リングを有するランセット・キャップを取外し可能に備えている。
なるべくは、アダプタが特別用途向きの保管室を更に備えている。特別用途向きの保管室は1つまたはそれ以上の追加のランセットを保管することができる。
なるべくは、アダプタがランセット駆動列を作動させる発射ボタンを更に備えている。
なるべくは、アダプタがランセットの進入深さを調節する深さ調節ボタンを更に備えている。したがって、特定の個人から体液のサンプルを得るのに適した進入深さを最適にすることができる。
なるべくは、深さ調節ボタンの角位置によってランセットの発射準備位置および最終進出位置を定める。
なるべくは、深さ調節ボタンが発射準備位置を定める第1の傾斜突起と、第1の傾斜突起と平行で最終進出位置を定める第2の傾斜突起を備えている。
なるべくは、第1の傾斜突起がランセット駆動列上の止め部に接触して発射準備位置を定める。
なるべくは、発射準備ボタンがランセット駆動列用止め部を備えることにより、発射準備ボタンの位置がランセットの最終進出位置を定めるようになっている。
なるべくは、検査装置がブドウ糖測定器であり、検査する被検体が血液サンプル中のブドウ糖である。
なるべくは、スロット内の本体の位置がランセット駆動列の発射準備位置とランセット駆動列の停止位置とを定める。
なるべくは、第1の突起がランセット駆動列上の爪部と噛み合って発射準備位置を定める。
なるべくは、第2の突起がランセット駆動列用の止め部と噛み合って停止位置を定める。
なるべくは、ランセット駆動列用の止め部がランセット駆動列用の発射準備ボタンから成る。
なるべくは、深さ調節機構が内面上にリムを更に備え、そのリムがハウジング上の溝と噛み合って本体を移動させる。
なるべくは、穿刺装置の利用者が本体をスロット内で動かすためのノブを本体の外面上に設ける。
なるべくは、第1の突起と噛み合ってランセット駆動列の発射準備位置を定める爪部がランセット駆動列上に在る。
なるべくは、ハウジング面がバッテリ・ドアであり、ハウジング機能部が検査装置の開口である。

Claims (12)
- 体液中の被検体を検査する検査装置用アダプタであって、
ハウジング、
ランセットを保持するとともに利用者の皮膚に押し込むランセット駆動列を備えたランセット組立体、
検査片を保持する検査口、
前記ランセットの進入深さを調節する深さ調節ボタン、および
前記ハウジングを前記検査装置に連結するハウジング連結器、を備え、
前記深さ調節ボタンが、前記ランセットの発射準備位置を定める第1の傾斜突起、および前記第1の傾斜突起と平行で、前記ランセットの最終進出位置を定める第2の傾斜突起を備え、前記深さ調節ボタンの角位置が、前記ランセットの前記発射準備位置および前記最終進出位置を定めるアダプタ。 - 前記検査口内の前記検査片と前記検査装置との間を電気的に接続する検査片接続器を更に備えている請求項1のアダプタ。
- 血液サンプルを抽出するのに役立つ圧力リングを有するランセット・キャップを取外し可能に更に備えている請求項1または請求項2のアダプタ。
- 特別用途向きの保管室を更に備えている請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項のアダプタ。
- 前記ランセット駆動列を発射準備する発射準備ボタンを更に備えている請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項のアダプタ。
- 前記ランセット駆動列を作動させる発射ボタンを更に備えている請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項のアダプタ。
- 前記第1の傾斜突起が前記ランセット駆動列上の止め部に接触して前記発射準備位置を定める請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項のアダプタ。
- 前記ランセット駆動列を発射準備する発射準備ボタンを更に備え、前記第2の傾斜突起が前記発射準備ボタン上の発射準備用固定リブに接触する請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項のアダプタ。
- 前記発射準備ボタンが前記ランセット駆動列用の止め部を有していることにより、前記発射準備ボタンの位置が前記ランセットの前記最終進出位置を定める請求項8のアダプタ。
- 前記検査装置がブドウ糖測定器であり、検査する前記被検体が血液サンプル中のブドウ糖である請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項のアダプタ。
- 体液中の被検体を検査する統合検査装置であって、
ハウジング、
ランセットを保持するとともに利用者の皮膚に押し込むランセット駆動列から成るランセット組立体、
検査片を保持する検査口、
前記検査片に付着した前記体液中の前記被検体を検査する検査装置、
前記ランセットの進入深さを調節する深さ調節ボタン、および
前記ハウジングを前記検査装置に連結するハウジング連結器、
を備え、
前記深さ調節ボタンが、前記ランセットの発射準備位置を定める第1の傾斜突起、および前記第1の傾斜突起と平行で、前記ランセットの最終進出位置を定める第2の傾斜突起を備え、前記深さ調節ボタンの角位置が、前記ランセットの前記発射準備位置および前記最終進出位置を定める統合検査装置。 - 統合検査装置を準備する方法であって、
体液中の被検体を検査する検査装置を準備すること、
ハウジング、ランセットを有するランセット組立体、検査片を保持する検査口、前記検査口内の前記検査片および前記検査装置の間を電気的に接続する検査片接続器、前記ランセットの進入深さを調節する深さ調節ボタン、ならびに前記ハウジングを前記検査装置に連結するハウジング連結器を有するアダプタを準備すること、および、
前記アダプタを前記検査装置に前記ハウジング連結器を用いて取り付けること、
を包含し、
前記深さ調節ボタンが、前記ランセットの発射準備位置を定める第1の傾斜突起、および前記第1の傾斜突起と平行で、前記ランセットの最終進出位置を定める第2の傾斜突起を備え、前記深さ調節ボタンの角位置が、前記ランセットの前記発射準備位置および前記最終進出位置を定める方法。
