Claims (8)
- 超音波を用いることによる、生物材料を破砕するための方法であって、
生物材料が液体とともに容器中に配置されており、
生物材料は、容器中を自由に移動することが可能であること、
遠心力を用いることにより生物材料は容器の所定の位置に移動されること、
遠心の間に超音波を発生させること、並びに
超音波は濃縮点と同一である位置に集中され、超音波に起因し、かつ焦点において生じる力が遠心力とは反対に作用すること
を特徴とする、方法。 - 上記方法が、生体分子を得るための方法である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 遠心力の強度が、破砕されることが意図される生物材料の粒子サイズの関数として設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 超音波は、超音波エミッターを用いることにより、発生されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 上記超音波エミッタ―が、上記容器の所定の位置の焦点の領域に直接配置されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 容器及び/又は液体は冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 容器のためのリセプタクル、容器に遠心力をかけるための回転装置、及び容器の領域に配置された超音波エミッターを有する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法の実施に用いるための装置。
- 超音波エミッターが、遠心力の方向に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
