Claims (16)
- 上面、上部幅、底表面、全厚、アングルドサイド、ゴム組成物に埋設された螺旋状に巻かれた心線の心線層、オーバーコードゴム層及びアンダーコードゴム層を備え、前記心線は、接着剤を含浸させた炭素繊維が縒り合わされた、シングルトウヤーンを有し、
室温における横方向剛性は、55〜75N/mm/mmであることを特徴とするベルト本体を有するエンドレスVベルトの形状の可変ピッチ駆動用加硫ゴムベルト。 - 前記シングルトウヤーンは、18Kシングルトウヤーンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記炭素繊維は、約6.0〜約6.4ミクロンのフィラメント径と、約200〜約300GPaの引張係数と、約1.9%〜約2.3%の破断点伸びを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のベルト。
- 前記上部幅の前記全厚に対する比率は、約2.0〜約3.0の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のベルト。
- フィラメント径は約6.2ミクロンであり、前記引張係数は約235〜約275GPaであり、前記破断点伸びは約2.1%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のベルト。
- 前記炭素繊維は、約6.0〜約6.4ミクロンのフィラメント径と、約200〜約300GPaの引張係数と、約1.9%〜約2.3%の破断点伸びを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 上部と下部にコグプロファイルと、アングルドサイドの下部に近接する逃げ角を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記心線は、埋設されるゴムに適合するオーバーコート接着剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記縒り合いは2.54cmあたり0.75〜2.0回転であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記上面幅の前記全厚に対する比率は、約2.0〜約3.0の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 室温における横方向剛性は、55N/mm/mmより上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記心線層と、前記オーバーコードゴム層及び前記アンダーコードゴム層のうちの少なくとも1つはポリクロロプレンゴム組成物を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記心線層と、前記オーバーコードゴム層及び前記アンダーコードゴム層のうちの少なくとも1つはエチレン−α―オレフィンゴム組成物を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 前記組成物中に存在する任意の配向繊維に垂直に、逆目に測定したときの前記心線層の前記ゴム組成物の引張係数は、前記アンダーコードゴム層の前記ゴム組成物の引張係数よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト。
- 2つの前記コグプロファイルは同じピッチであり、一列に並ぶルートを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のベルト。
- 前記上面は歯布ではなくゴムであり、前記底面は歯布ではなくゴムであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のベルト。
