Description

Claims (9)
- コーティング(2)を有する金属製ハニカム体(1)を製造するための方法であって、少なくとも以下の工程:
a)少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に波形の金属層(3)を提供する工程と、
b)コーティング(2)での少なくとも1つの前記金属層(3)のうちの少なくとも1つの第1のコーティング工程であって、少なくとも1つの前記金属層(3)の部分的領域(4)はコーティングされていない、工程と、
c)チャネル(7)を有するハニカム構造(6)を形成するように少なくとも1つの前記金属層(3)を配置し、それにより、少なくとも1つの前記金属層(3)のうちのコーティングされていない前記部分的領域(4)の間に接触点(5)を生成する工程と、
d)前記接触点(5)のうちの少なくとも一部に材料結合点(8)を形成し、それにより、ハニカム体(1)を形成する工程と、を含み、
コーティング(2)での前記ハニカム体(1)の第2のコーティングが、工程d)の後、工程e)として行われる、方法。 - 工程e)は、前記ハニカム体(1)における少なくとも1つの前記金属層(3)の全ての曝露された表面が、金属間の接触点を除いて、または接触点にすぐ近接する領域を除いて、コーティング(2)を有して提供されるように実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも工程b)およびe)のうちの1つにおいて、ウォシュコートが付与される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 工程b)における前記第1のコーティング操作の間、前記金属層(3)に付与されるコーティングの量は、工程b)の後で、前記ハニカム体(1)における1リットルのハニカム体の容積当たり100〜250グラムのコーティング(2)であるようになる量である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程e)における前記第2のコーティング操作の間、前記ハニカム体(1)に導入されるコーティング(2)の量は、前記ハニカム体(1)におけるコーティング(2)の量として1リットルのハニカム体の容積当たり20〜50グラム増加するようになる量である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程a)において、少なくとも1つの平滑な金属製不織部(9)および少なくとも1つの波形の金属箔(10)が提供され、工程c)の前に、平滑な不織部(9)と波形の金属箔(1)の交互からなる層の少なくとも1つのスタック(17)が形成され、次いでこのスタックは工程c)において巻かれるか、またはコイル状にされる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくともコイル状にされるか、巻かれるか、または積み重ねられる、少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に波形の金属層(3)を有するハニカム体(1)であって、少なくとも1つの前記金属層(3)は接触点(5)および材料結合点(8)を有し、これにより、チャネル壁(11)およびクロッチ(16)が前記材料結合点(8)の領域に形成され、前記ハニカム体(1)の前記チャネル壁(11)は、前記クロッチ(16)内の第1のコーティング厚さ(12)および前記クロッチ(16)の外側の第2のコーティング厚さ(13)を有するコーティング(2)を有して提供され、前記第2のコーティング厚さ(13)は前記第1のコーティング厚さ(12)より厚い、ハニカム体(1)。
- 少なくとも2つの金属層(3)が存在し、前記少なくとも2つの金属層は少なくとも1つの平滑な金属製不織部(9)および少なくとも1つの波形の金属箔(10)である、請求項7に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記ハニカム体(1)は、開口粒子分離器または閉じたフィルターである、請求項7または8に記載のハニカム体(1)。
