Description

続けて、この供給物とエポキシ化触媒とを接触させてオレフィンオキシドを得る工程と
を含む。

存在する場合、レニウム0.01から50ミリモル/kg、

Claims (5)
- オレフィン、酸素、および1以上の不純物を含む供給物を反応させるための方法であって、
130〜300℃の温度および1000〜3500kPaの範囲の圧力で、供給物と、エポキシ化反応槽内に位置する銅、ニッケルおよび亜鉛から選択される1以上の金属を含む吸収剤とを接触させて、供給物中の1以上の不純物の量を低減する工程、および
続けて、供給物と、吸収剤よりも下流に位置するエポキシ化触媒とを接触させてオレフィンオキシドを得る工程、
を含む方法。 - 供給物を、少なくとも140℃の温度にて吸収剤と接触させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 供給物を、210から270℃の範囲の温度にて吸収剤と接触させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- オレフィンがエチレンを含み、1以上の不純物が、硫化二水素、硫化カルボニル、メルカプタン、および有機硫化物から選択される1以上の硫黄不純物を含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 1,2−ジオール、1,2−ジオールエーテル、1,2−カルボナート、またはアルカノールアミンを調製する方法であって、オレフィンオキシドを請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法によって調製し、オレフィンオキシドを1,2−ジオール、1,2−ジオールエーテル、1,2−カルボナート、またはアルカノールアミンに転化する工程を含む、方法。
