Description

実例として、DSSCモジュールの製造を報告する。
光電極の側にある、第1基板10のコーティング層11上への、密閉材21の第1構造の事前ロール印刷;
対向電極の側にある、第2基板10のコーティング層への、密閉材の相補的構造の事前ロール印刷;
光電極の側にある、第1基板10のコーティング層11上の密閉材21の第1構造上への、導電線31の塗布;及び
基板、導電コーティング、及び密閉材の構造で作製された2つの多層構造の、結合及び封止。

全領域(総面積):139cm2
有効領域(有効面積):122cm2
AR(開口比(Aperture Ratio):モジュールの有効領域対全領域の比率)=87.8%

Claims (7)
- 他方の基板(10)に対面する側を導電コーティング(11)によってコーティングされた2つの基板(10)によって区切られた多層構造で作製した種類の光電気化学セルの垂直電気接続体であって、前記光電気化学セルが、1つ以上の密閉構造(21,22)によって区切られた複数の光電気化学セルで構成される垂直電気接続体において、
前記垂直電気接続体が導電線(31)を具え、この導電線は、前記2つの基板(10)の前記導電コーティング(11)どうしを電気接続し、前記2つの基板(10)間にジグザグ形状に配置され、前記導電線の屈曲部が交互に、まず第1の前記基板(10)の前記導電コーティング(11)に接触し、次に他方の前記基板(10)の前記導電コーティング(11)に接触し、
前記2つの基板(10)間にジグザグ形状に配置された前記導電線(31)が、前記密閉構造(21,22)によって包囲され、
前記密閉構造(21,22)が、部分的に前記第1の基板(10)上に作製され、部分的に前記他方の基板(10)上に作製され、前記密閉構造どうしが互いに、幾何学的に相補的であり、
前記導電線が、前記密閉構造によって、前記導電コーティング上に押圧されることを特徴とする、光電気化学セルの垂直電気接続体。 - 前記導電線(31)が、8×10 -5 Ω・cmより低い抵抗率を有する材料製であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の垂直電気接続体。
- 前記導電線(31)が、10MPaより高い降伏引張強度を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の垂直電気接続体。
- 前記導電線(31)が、500MPaより高い降伏引張強度を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の垂直電気接続体。
- 前記導電線(31)が、100MPaより高い最大引張強度を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の垂直電気接続体。
- 前記導電線(31)が、700MPaより高い最大引張強度を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の垂直電気接続体。
- 前記導電線(31)が、タングステン、アルミニウム合金、ステンレス鋼合金のうちから選択した材料製であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の垂直電気接続体。
