Description
前記リレー切換部によって、前記何れかのリレー装置のON,OFF状態が切り替えられて、前記通電されるブラシが選択される際に、前記制御部では、前記第1のリレー装置による制御電流を一時的に停止した状態で、前記第2のリレー装置を、通電可能な状態に切り替えて、前記第1のリレー装置へ通電されていた制御電流と同等の基準電流を、該第2のリレー装置から出力すると共に、該基準電流と併用して、前記モータの回転数を可変制御する制御電流が、前記第1のリレー装置から出力されるモータ制御装置を特徴としている。

Claims (3)
- 複数対のブラシを有するモータと、対応するブラシに制御電流を送る制御部と、該制御部から送られる制御電流を、接続及び切断することにより、接続したON状態では、何れかのブラシに通電して、回転駆動力を生じさせると共に、切断したOFF状態では、該制御電流を停止する、前記モータの停止と回転を切り替える第1リレー装置と、前記モータの回転数を高速回転と低速回転とで切り替える第2リレー装置と、前記第1リレー装置と前記第2リレー装置のON,OFF状態をそれぞれ切り替えるリレー切換部とを設けたモータ制御装置であって、
前記リレー切換部によって、前記何れかのリレー装置のON,OFF状態が切り替えられて、前記通電されるブラシが選択される際に、前記制御部では、前記第1リレー装置による制御電流を一時的に停止した状態で、前記第2リレー装置を、通電可能な状態に切り替えて、前記第1リレー装置へ通電されていた制御電流と同等の基準電流を、該第2リレー装置から出力すると共に、該基準電流と併用して、前記モータの回転数を可変制御する制御電流が、前記第1リレー装置から出力されることを特徴とするモータ制御装置。 - 前記モータを複数設けて、該各モータには、前記制御部に設けられた同一周期の波形を生成する波形生成部によって得られる各制御電流が、各々送られるように接続することを特徴とする請求項1記載のモータ制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、ソフトスタート制御又はソフトストップ制御を有し、前記リレー切換部により、何れかのリレー装置のON,OFF状態が切り替えられる際には、該各ソフトスタート制御又はソフトストップ制御を解除することを特徴とする請求項1記載のモータ制御装置。
