Description
Claims (14)
- 高い変換率を伴った電流を生成する方法であって、前記電流は少なくとも2つの別個の電流要素により生成され、各々がスイッチ並びに調整端及び負荷結合端を有するインダクタを含み、
前記インダクタの電流値は1つ以上の第1のスイッチを通って供給電圧とアースとの間にある調整端のスイッチを切り換えることによって設定され、
更に前記負荷結合端は第2のスイッチが第1の状態であるとき、第2のスイッチを介して負荷へと切り替わり、かつ前記第2のスイッチが第2の状態であるとき、前記負荷結合端は前記アース又は供給電圧と結合し、
包絡線追跡が適用され、ここで、高い変換率を伴った電流変換が負荷において要求される際に、前記電流要素は第2のスイッチを通って出力点へ並列に接続され、さらに前記電流要素の電流が負荷において要求されていない際には、前記電流要素が前記アース又は前記供給電圧と接続されることにより特徴付けられる、高い変換率を伴った電流を生成する方法。 - 前記電流要素はバイナリ重み付けされることにより電流要素の前記電流値が前の電流要素のそれぞれ2倍の電流値となる点において特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の電流を生成する方法。
- 前記電流要素の出力は少なくとも100kHzの周波数で切り換わる点において特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の電流を生成する方法。
- 前記調整端は1つ以上の前記第1のスイッチによって前記供給電圧に接続され且つ第1のダイオードによって前記アースに接続され、端部に結合した前記負荷は前記第2のスイッチによってアースに接続され且つ第2のダイオードによって前記負荷に接続される点において特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電流要素の電流の制御のために電流ヒステリシス制御が用いられる点において特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 高い変換率を伴った電流を生成する為の構造であって、ここで
前記構造は少なくとも2つの別個の電流要素を含み、各々がスイッチ及び調整端及び負荷結合端を有するインダクタを含み、
1つ以上の第1のスイッチは前記インダクタの電流値を設定する為に供給電圧とアースとの間の前記調整端を切り換えるように配置され、
第2のスイッチは第1の状態において負荷との間の負荷結合端と接続され、且つ第2の状態において前記アース又は前記供給電圧と前記負荷結合端が接続され、
高い変換率を伴った電流変換が前記負荷において要求される際に、包絡線追跡を適用する為に前記第2のスイッチが出力点に並行に前記電流要素と接続されるように配置され、且つ前記電流要素の前記電流が前記負荷において要求されない際には前記電流要素が前記アース又は前記電圧と接続されるように配置される点において特徴付けられる、高い変換率を伴った電流を生成する為の構造。 - 前記電流要素がバイナリ―重み付けされていることにより電流要素の出力電流値が前記前の電流要素の電流値のそれぞれ2倍である点において特徴付けられる、請求項6に記載の電流を生成する為の構造。
- 前記電流要素の出力を少なくとも100kHzの周波数で切り換える手段を含む点において特徴付けられる、請求項6に記載の電流を生成するための構造。
- 前記負荷結合端は前記負荷と前記アースとの間で切り替わり、前記調整端は1つ以上の第1のスイッチのうちの1つによって前記供給電圧に接続され且つ第1のダイオードによって前記アースに接続され、並びに前記負荷結合端は前記第2のスイッチによって前記アースに接続され且つ第2のダイオードによって前記負荷に接続される点において特徴付けられる、請求項6に記載の構造。
- ヒステリシス制御を用いて前記電流要素の前記電流を制御する手段を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の構造。
- 前記電流要素の前記出力が少なくとも1MHzの周波数で切り替わる点を特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記電流要素の前記出力が少なくとも2MHzの周波数で切り替わる点を特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記切換手段が少なくとも1MHzの周波数で前記電流要素の前記出力を切替える点を特徴とする請求項8に記載の構造。
- 前記切換手段が少なくとも2MHzの周波数で前記電流要素の前記出力を切替える点を特徴とする請求項13に記載の構造。
