Claims (10)
- それぞれの電池個別セルが、1つの電極スタックと、前記電池個別セルを少なくとも積み重ね方向に分離する境界となる2つのカバーパネルとを有し、前記電極スタックは、少なくとも1つの溶接箇所(10)によって、少なくとも前記カバーパネルの1つに接続されている、双極性の電池個別セルのスタックを備える電池であって、
前記溶接箇所(10)の部分では、前記電極スタック(5)に溶接されたカバーパネル(3、4)及び/又は該カバーパネル(3、4)に接する、隣接する前記電池個別セル(1)のカバーパネル(4、3)が、窪んだ部分を有するため、隣接する前記電池個別セル(1)の前記カバーパネル(3、4)は、少なくとも1つの前記溶接箇所(10)の部分で接触しないことを特徴とする電池。 - 前記電極スタック(5)に溶接された前記カバーパネル(3、4)が、少なくとも1つの前記溶接箇所(10)の部分で、部分的に窪んだ部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記電極スタック(5)に溶接されたカバーパネル(3、4)に接触する、隣接する前記個別電池セル(1)のカバーパネル(4、3)が、少なくとも1つの前記溶接箇所(10)に対して積み重ね方向に向かい合う部分で、部分的に窪んだ部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電池。
- 前記カバーパネル(3、4)の間にフレーム(2)が配置されており、このフレームは、積み重ね方向に対して直角方向に前記電極スタック(5)を取り囲んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記電極スタック(5)に溶接された前記カバーパネル(3、4)が、前記フレーム(2)内にある部分で、窪んだ部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電池。
- 前記電極スタック(5)に溶接された前記カバーパネル(3、4)に接する前記カバーパネル(4、3)が、前記フレーム(2)内にある部分で、窪んだ部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の電池。
- 前記カバーパネル(3、4)と前記電極スタック(5)とが、加圧溶接法によって相互に溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記カバーパネル(3、4)と前記電極スタック(5)とが、超音波溶接法によって相互に溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池。
- 前記カバーパネル(3、4)と前記電極スタック(5)とが、抵抗−加圧溶接法によって相互に溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池。
- 前記電池個別セル(1)が、リチウム・イオン電池で実施されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
